My wife and I loved this resort. We found the front desk staff as well as the rest of the help throughout the resort extremely friendly and accommodating. The resort itself was pretty and elegant, from the lobby, to the restaurants, bars, pool(s) and the beach. We really liked the beach. The tram was very accessible, even with a torrential rainstorm looming, the line was backed up but the wait wasn’t long at all. Amenities at the beach were great, with pretty views from the restaurant overlooking the water. And our room was spectacular as we saw one beautiful sunset after another. I read reviews where the AC was an issue, but not in our room as it was nice and cool throughout. If I had one little complaint it was the drainage in our shower. It was a little too show…you had to stand in a puddle, which is a no no for us. Parking was $20 a day, but I have no issue w that as it was easy and accessible. I would definitely recommend this hotel (we booked it thru Costco - vacation package was very reasonable). We will most definitely return in the very near future.

Great all around! The hotel staff is extremely friendly. Great customer service is hard to come by these days. Great customer service in all areas of the resort, but Amy at the cafe and Nino the Bellman are truly the best. Hotel is very clean; rooms are spacious and in pristine condition. While the hotel is a beachfront property, its divided by approximately less than a mile of mangroves. There is a walkway through the mangroves- you can either walk or take a golf cart trolley service that the hotel provides. The golf cart ride is less than a 5 minute ride. Its a great location for a couples getaway.

Sub par throughout. The front desk employee was rude, and seemed bothered. Rented a villa w tarnished doors and a scrapes in the bathtub. Phone didn’t work, we called from our personal phone twice and it didn’t occur to them to send anyone to fix it. The staff working the slides also looked and made sure to let you know they’re miserable as they work. For the price, I don’t think it merits such service.

Spent 3 nights and had a wonderful stay. From check in to check out the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was awesome and service excellent. The pool and beach were great and I loved that they had a separate lap pool. The tram made it easy to get to the beach and they set up chairs with towels for you and an umbrella if you wanted to rent one. I would stay again for sure!

I'm so disappointed with this visit, my husband and i has been visiting this hotel since 2000 when was the Registry and never had a bad experience, this time we feel that the management was so unprofessional, in the parking garage we park in an space that do not indicate no parking, at 2:30 am we received a call requesting to move our car or the car can be tow, really guys ?, you can not wait until the morning ?, we are two senior citizens and they show no consideration at all, on the other hand be careful when you go to the beach that the chairs are included in the resort fee but not the umbrellas which they charge 18.94$ each without telling you previously, in general not a pleasant stay at all in a hotel so expensive.

As a frequent patron of this hotel, I am writing this review with profound regret and disappointment. What was meant to be a memorable stay turned into a series of unfortunate experiences that are hard to overlook. Staff Courtesy: The staff, once known for their professionalism and courtesy, have become noticeably rude. Interactions in the lobby, restaurant, or over the phone were marred by either blatant sarcasm or a profound lack of interest. This stark contrast to past experiences was deeply disheartening and certainly not what we expected. Security: The intrusive surveillance by the security personnel left us feeling scrutinized rather than secure. This aggressive approach far from provided the relaxing 'home away from home' experience we had previously enjoyed at this hotel. Room Condition: The rooms we occupied were in desperate need of renovation. The peeling wallpaper, creaking floorboards, and outdated furniture hardly match the premium rates charged, a fact that left us feeling rather cheated. Hygiene: The sight of rats on the beach, coupled with the staff's indifferent response, was deeply unsettling. The fact that it was a fellow guest, and not a member of the staff, who took the initiative to address this issue is a clear indicator of the slipping standards of cleanliness and safety. Billing: Most concerningly, we experienced over billing. We noticed discrepancies in our bill, with charges for services we did not use or had already paid for. I strongly urge all guests to double-check their bills meticulously for any inaccuracies. This unexpected inconvenience added another layer of dissatisfaction to our stay. In summary, our recent experience was an unending series of disappointments. The noticeable decline in staff courtesy, the intrusive security measures, the poor room conditions, the neglect of hygiene standards, and the issue of overbilling all point to serious concerns that require immediate attention. Warning to others: I advise potential guests to be vigilant about these issues, especially overbilling, and to double-check all fees charged. Would you recommend this place to others? No. Did the place meet your expectations? No. Service: ⭐ Cleanliness: ⭐ Value for Money: ⭐ Overall Experience: ⭐

Naples Grande is a beautiful Hotel with great service. Inside Bar, called Mantra, was very nice. It wasn't the same with Pool bar food not to good and pricey; but great service as well. Just a little inconvenient the beach access.

Little expensive but you get what you pay for. The parking was not the best several times the lot that I was charged for was full and had to park in lower level parking with no clear access to elevator. Overall good experience.

Five Star, friendly service without the pretense. Fabulous wines and food and still plenty of activities for young ones. Highly recommend for a hassle free weekend for your multigenerational family. Even basic rooms, offer a corner, jetted tub, separate from the shower huge balconies with sofas for napping and lots of thoughtful, free amenities for your children. You have the option of the pools or taking transport to their beautiful slice of beach on the gulf. The mangrove walk is an experience in itself should you choose adventure.
