This is our second time staying here this year. We love staying here when in Naples because they have apartments with fully functioning kitchens for a reasonable price. We had a one bedroom with a screened in balcony to enjoy. The kids voted the sofa bed very comfortable. The king bed was comfy too. Nice supportive pillows. Everything was clean and comfortable. We did not take part in the poolside breakfast this time because we got groceries at the Publix in the next complex over. We could not hear any neighbors so the walls and floors are well soundproofed. The pools are lovely also. And if you want to putt a golf ball around you can try their small mini golf area. One bit of advice is to keep your kitchen clean if crumbs because little ants will invade your space if you don’t. We will stay again because we’re already planning when we can get back here.…

Stayed in this hotel before with good experiences. Now in this and another Best Western, and also Holiday Inn, we have seen that the rooms are old and cleaning seems done by just spraying or whatever. Everything you touch is sticky like no hot water is used. The carpets are so dirty that after a shower in the evening you leave black footprints after showering in the morning again. It seems that both companies lowered the quality level to a shady motel. Staff was very friendly

This have been the worst experience I have had in my life. When we arrived they had cancel our reservation without telling us anything(we drive 3 hours to get there). Dylan, the front guest guys was super disrespectful, with a very bad actitud, he definitely don’t know how to treat a customer. He should be fired because he don’t know how to do his job. 0 recommended.

Dirty room, no hbo, room not ready at check in by over an hour, mold in room in bathroom by toilet and shower tiles. Kitchen floor dirty, paper towel was black after wiping floor from water spill. Dated building and surrounding grounds and lack of TLC. This was a special occasion trip, but it was ruined by many factors.

From the check-in where I was greeted by a friendly and helpful young man, to the breakfast where everything was fresh and the space was immaculate, to the lovely setting with a pool and mini-golf, it was an easy place to relax.

My room was fantastic I had one of the one bedroom suites. Full kitchen, living room, king size bed and balcony. Tropical paradise outside too and pool was very inviting and clean. HIGHLY recommend this place.

This really is a great place. Great location, nice rooms, lovely breakfast outside. What I really noticed is that there was always staff around. Checking the pool, maintaining the grounds, working on the rooms, and tending to the breakfast. It needs updating but I know they are looking to do that soon. The heated pool is fantastic. The breakfast is really good! Worth it to stay here! This was my second time.

We decided last minute to stay in Naples for the last 3 days of our trip. We wanted something affordable but decent. We found a real gem! The layout of the room was unique! The living area led to the patio which led to one of the two pools. The bedroom area was around the corner so one of us could stay up and not bother the other who wanted to go to bed. The bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was standard hot/cold Best Western fare but was tended to by several employees and had the ambiance of eating outdoors by the pool amidst the tropical greenery. The staff was very helpful and the front desk was fast and efficient (shout out to Peter and the others!). The greenery was exceptional and there was a mini-golf course as well. The hotel was close to beaches, downtown shopping, and several nature preserves. What we thought would be a standard hotel turned out to be a place we would love to return to!!
