This hotel may be only good enough for an overnight stay. Customer service and attention to customers needs are absent, cleaning needs improvement and overall appearance is average. Elevator needs cleaning. Furniture needs an upgrade. Having only one slow elevator for customers and staff is at times annoying. Price is more affordable than other hotels in the same area, location is convenient for overnight travelers.

Check in was great, we had to walk in and reserve a room because the original hotel we reserved was sub par and canceled so we came to this one across the road. The service and friendliness was great rooms comfortable but standard with 2 double beds. The bathroom was very small but had a tub. Breakfast was fine but too crowded for the amount of people we had to wait for a table , people were eating standing up. Otherwise we would stay here again. Great value for a quick trip.

I thought this chain of hotels were fairly reasonable until my most recent stay. My biggest complaint were the bugs in my room. Between these little tiny what I thought were sugar ants (still not sure) which were everywhere. I don’t even want to bring my luggage home until I exterminate everything. Then I started seeing roaches. I did not sleep at all. I feel itchy all over just from having to kill critters my whole stay. I spoke with management and was told they could move my room but who knows what I would encounter in a different room. I couldn’t wait to check out. I almost slept in my car the last night. Just my experience…. Not good.

Everything about my experience was great: - warm/professional welcome - great internet - nice room (with attention to detail) - easy on-off of the i75 - always felt safe - bonus to have high quality coffee AND infused lemon water to fill up my container, 24-7

This hotel was our only choice at a reasonable price for an accessible room on the day we needed it. I was skeptical after reading negative reviews, but was pleasantly surprises. Front desk staff was helpful. I had reserved a king accessible , and was told there was only a queen. The room was immaculate, well stocked with towels, wifi and TV in perfect working order. As for accessibility the room was tight but no problem maneuvering with wheelchair, and the shower was one of the best at any hotel. Breakfast was ample, waffles, breakfast pastries, cereals, yogurt , eggs and sausage. It was quiet and a good choice for a stop right off Rte 75.

A Naples resident still displaced by hurricane Ian nearly 6 months later. I needed a five night stay at a value priced hotel between couch surfing gigs with friends. Not an easy task when I want clean, quiet, and everything working. All those boxes checked. I had my do not disturb sign on the door my entire stay but housekeeping would ask if I needed anything as I passed in the hallway. The location was great with a Walmart SuperCenter just a few blocks and Publix just down the road. My home and downtown Naples nearby as well. A great respite between being a burden to friends.

Key card never worked! Had to call 911 one night to get into my room! Had to walk through Pot smoke to get into the Lobby every night! Not a vacation spot, Filled with Construction workers. They brought Hookers!!! Had to tell desk to clean my room!

Absolutely dreadful hotel. Arrived Jan 15, 2023 stayed one night. Tiny King room. Bathroom sink not in bathroom. In walkway as you enter room. Fan in bathroom sounds like jet preparing to take off. Free breakfast is disgusting. Undercooked scrambled eggs, over microwaved bacon. Stale muffins. It was free so you get what you pay for. Think before you stay there, front desk clerk too busy reading something on his phone to check us in. As I said dreadful hotel.

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. To begin with its just not a nice hotel, and that's fine it is what it is, but it just got worse and worse. Me and my fiance got there late and wanted to go straight to bed. The beds are hard, the pillow were completely flat. They were so bad we went and bought pillows to use for the night. I went to the lobby to grab a snack and another customer was complaing about something at the counter. The employee tried multiple times to bring me into the argument asking me "Shes crazy right?", and said several times to the woman "You gonna fight me right now?" taunting her. They have almost nothing for the complimentary breakfast and their plastic plates were literally covered in shreds of plastic. The worst part is that our TV, microwave, fridge and front lights did not function at all. Half the room had no power. We reported this to the front desk and his solution was that we help him move the fridge and microwave to the floor on the other side of the room. We asked for another room and he let us know they were fully booked for the night. We asked for a refund and he told us he didn't have the authority to do that. He could not contact a manager and gave us her card but the phone number on the card was just the main hotel number. He suggested calling corporate customer service and they just told us to talk to the front desk. The whole thing felt like a big scam. NEVER STAY HERE.…
