Great hotel, open space modern and really beautiful. Big rooms, everything is thought with a great design. Receptionist all very friendly! The hotel offers a shuttle to the the clam class park beach which was great - the beach is really a paradise you shouldn’t miss it!

We went for a combination of business and pleasure. The rooms are very nice. The location is very good. The shuttle service to the beach is really nice. The only negative is parking for handicap people. There aren’t many spaces for handicap parking.

I recently traveled to Naples on business and after the conference, local persons highly recommended Shula’s at Hilton Inn. I’ve never been much for hotel bars, but Nate and Leyla have changed my opinion. Unbelievable service, great drinks, and great food. I can’t wait for this conference to roll around again next year. I had a great experience at the Hilton of Naples. We stopped in at Shula’s for a cocktail. Our bartenders Nate and Layla were absolutely enjoyable! Nate was Knowledgeable, helpful, and a great person to converse with. Layla had a smile that made you feel at home and was a pleasure. Excited to venture back to the Hilton.

We didnt have the normal time free to research our hotel this time around and went through a travel agent. We could not have been happier with the booking - large, clean and contemporary design in a central location in Naples next to the main shopping areas, with a minibus service taking guests to the beach every 30 mins or so. The restaurant ‘Shula’s Steak House’ is a sports themed restaurant - full of Baseball and other artefacts, the food is excellent, mid to upper price range I’d say, excellent quality. The pool is also excellent, maybe a little on the small side, as is the fully loaded gym. For general awareness, as most travellers to the US will know, nothing is easily walkable, today for example it was 100 degrees and the hostel is on a very busy artery route - so you will need or car or regular use of taxi’s. Would definitely come here again, can recommend.…

This Hilton Is one of the most spectacular Hilton's I've stayed at , since I travel all the time. The resturant shulas is nice , the pool is even better. They also have a nice trolley that will take you to the beach for free & the hotel provides you with beach chairs, towels and water for free as well. Super nice touch. The customer service is unmatched! From valet , housekeeping , pool attendee & lastly front desk. There is one staff member that stood out the most to me and her name is Jenna. From the moment I walked in she greeted me with the nicest smile, she told me everything there is to know about the hotel and the area. Her customer service is phenomenal. She is well rounded for her position at the Hilton Naples. I will definitely a returned guest!

The A/C was broken and would not turn off, window wouldn't open, and sink water wouldn't get hot. The hotel is not on the beach, but they provide you with a free shuttle, beach chair, towel, and bottled water. Shula's restaurant was good but not great. The service at the front desk and in the restaurant was polite. Servers told us that there would be a $15/day meal allowance in lieu of free breakfast, but the front desk refused to give us the credit when we checked out.
