Hotel is fairly new, nicely maintained. Grace at the front desk was very helpful checking us in early, and very friendly. Breakfast staff was also friendly but not much to the breakfast. Having a small kitchen in the room I would suggest making your own breakfast

We came to naples , last minute and booked to stay at this location. The staff was outstanding. All the staff very friendly and loved our dog. The only issue and it was small , many of the cleaning staff did not speak english and it was hard to communicate with them. The breakfast was great. The use of the BBQ outside was great. One concern is for long time stays and cooking , the windows don't open and the fans under the microwaves do not vent the smell. The rooms can get a little smelly and smokey. again just a minor issue and would not stop me from coming back.

Staff must receive no training because they are terrible. No one is ever at the customer service desk. The room, if cleaned, was at the bare minimum level. When I read the covid standards, I laughed. No staff wear masks, even in guest rooms. I know Fl is the Wild West with masks but at a hotel during Christmas with a highly contagious variant should be a no brainer. Toiletries are even skimpy with no lotion. Probably one of my worst hotel stays and I basically only slept there.

I am a Titanium Member and Marriot is my brand for hotels because of how great their service is and their current mission statement on cleanliness during the covid pandemic. I stay at many hotel Marriot brand hotels throughout the year for work and have not come across a more disgusting hotel. My room was not cleaned...at all. See pictures attached, the shower had hair on the walls and in the drain. The sponge in the kitchen was dirty. Linens and sheets were never changed. The pictures of the sheets are from the inside of them. I had to change rooms late in the night and May/Grace at the front desk were very helpful and kind. When I followed up with the manager the next morning like they asked, I had to call 3x in order to get her to speak with me. When she finally did, I was appalled by her lack of customer service, unprofessional behavior, and extremely poor resolution skills. This hotel needs to be looked into in depth by corporate so it does not continue to tarnish Marriott's prestigious reputation and allow others to have such poor experiences here. I highly recommend that until management is retrained or replaced to not stay at this hotel. I come down into this area once a month for work and will be finding a new Marriott location to stay.

We recently stayed here for four nights. This chain is owned by Marriott. The room was pretty big and had a kitchen with refrigerator and even a dishwasher. The property is newer, but even so the fit and finish of the room leaves quite a bit to be desired. We stayed on the fifth floor, and sometimes in the morning there’s a wait for the elevator. There is an outdoor swimming pool. There is a complementary breakfast, but it is some type of fake eggs and fatty bacon as the primary meal components. There is also a banana bowl and cereal. Oh, and there is a waffle maker. Don’t expect any thing fancy. There is also free parking, but it is somewhat limited and if you get there late at night you might not find a space.
