Should stick to being a pool boy. Not well managed or clean. Dirty rooms, dirty everywhere.. Service was horrible. Will never stay here again. I ended up leaving and going to another location because of the condition.

This place was horrible. The front desk staff was completely rude. I would not recommend anyone staying here. They should be all fired and this place should be shut down. I stayed here during Art Basel, and I have not seen such terrible service. Culture barrier is a terrible excuse for front desk staff lack there of. Seems like this place is not willinging to make any changes. I am surprised considering that did not allow a guest in the past to store their medicine in the refrigerator and blamed the guest for they treated him poorly. You would think they would be willing to change to avoid a lawsuit.

I think this was a bit of shock to our system as none of us (a group of 3) had stayed in a hostel before. For example, do most hostels hand you your bed sheets to make your own bed? The staff, there's only two of them,it seems, are alright. One of them is very friendly, the other one was a bit cold and unhelpful really. There was a bbq on the night we arrived and there's apool able out in the courtyard. But it's almost a 15 minute walk to the beach and it's pretty basic overall
