Nice hotel. Two days prior to a cruise.

Nice hotel, with good amenities. A special note to Gloria who worked the breakfast and dinner. She was very helpful and assisted us with places to see in the area and gave excellent service. The hotel had a nice pool and exercise room. Overall a nice hotel.

Hotel in need of renovation

My company often puts me up at this hotel. The staff is wonderful, however the hotel is old, dusty and in dire need of renovation. I have allergies that consistently act up the minute I enter the room, either due to mold or not regularly changing the air filters in the room. …

As a note, we do preventive maintenance throughout the property and all guestrooms are checked lead by our certified Safety Officer and a Bio-Medical Director of Engineering to ensure sanitary conditions are always met.
