This Hyatt seemed dated and needs more modern amenities. The days we were there the pool was closed for “emergency cleaning”. The elevator sensor wouldn’t recognize our room key unless we swiped about 3 times each time. People smoke by the hotel entrance and it smells going in. Shower switch was problematic, toilet handle had to be held down for it to flush. Overall, not a great property. The staff was nice, although not extremely knowledgeable about public transportation.

The Hyatt was a beautiful conference center. The food was good, staff friendly, rooms nice. The lobby and conference rooms were too cold for my comfort but it you like the Air Conditioning cold; you'd love it!

Immediate improvement is required for the reception staff. Insensitivity and willingness to listen to the needs of the guests marred the entire experience of the stay.The hotel rooms are spacious and clean, the rooms are cleaned only after 15:00.

Hotel is quite dated and if you want to use a fitness center, stay elsewhere. The gym was straight out of Rocky I with exposed pipes, it was dingy, and many people had to workout in the hallway in front of the elevators.

This hotel was such a nice place to stay pre and post cruise. The facility was well kept, bright and cheery, the rooms were clean and affordable but above al else the front desk staff and gentlemen outside greeting us and helping with luggage were amazing! I definitely will go back!

From check-in to checkout, my experience simple and fulfilling. The front desk staff and valet were the highlight with their quick and excellent service. I’ll stay there again just because of them. They are the standard of what customer service should be. Even better than “top” some 5 star hotels that I’ve visited.

We had a great time staying at the Hyatt Regency Miami. The staff was on point, helpful, friendly and very kind. The suite was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant food was ok. The hotel is in the downtown area so there is much to choose when it comes to restaurants.

Stayed here for a dance competition. The service and staff were great. The only thing I didn't like was the pool was out of service. The food was good too. I like that the hotel is around eating places within walking distance, depending on what it is you like. Would definitely stay here again.
