I visited and stayed mid August based on booking.com suggestion. And thank god the suggestion was correct!
Welcoming: entering the lobby you’ll be warmly welcomed by the staff and in 1-2 minutes you’ll be straight up to your room
Room: veeery clean and tidy, spacious room with a huge bathroom, beautifully decorated from the tiles to every single small detail, you will find branded BVLGARI soap and body lotions ( true 5 star hotel experience ).
Pool & Spa: enormous pool size with friendly staff serving you from alcoholic drinks to tasteful snacks well cooked from the main hotel’s restaurant on the 9th floor.
Overall: I must say that this tower size hotel-resort is a great addition to Miami’s hospitality scene.
But the key points that make this place special is the location, the aesthetics in every single detail and above all the hospitality entity that surrounds the way that every person from the staff makes the guest feel.
One of the most important members of the team is Mr Luis Bonillo, the Reservation Manager of the hotel, who made my stay at the hotel unforgettable and he is the reason I will return again and again to Gale, every time I visit Miami in the future.
PS: you can catch up one of the most beautiful sunsets in town from your own balcony!

Gale Miami review This is a gorgeous property in a prime location with spectacular views of the city and port of Miami. Parking is slightly tricky, to find affordable parking we had to park 3 to 4 blocks away, luckily, we enjoy walking.
The Wi-Fi is simple to use, the living area is cozy with a large television, a full kitchen, coffee maker, oven, stove, top, microwave, toaster, fridge and freezer, plenty of glassware a dishwasher, and even a washer and dryer. The bed as well as the shower and bathroom are spacious and gorgeous. We especially enjoyed that the balcony is almost as big as the apartment itself. It has four chairs and two tables which is perfect for enjoying cocktails and food.
There are plenty of wonderful restaurants and things to do within walking distance. It is also located conveniently near the Free Metromover. The front area is secure, and has complimentary lemon water, and the elevators are high-tech with usage of the key fob and a touchscreen. There is a remote control to control the air conditioning, different outlets at the bedside, and even convenient night lights under the night stands. We love the quiet hours from 10pm til 7am as well, and the pool opens at 7am, which is lovely.
The pool area is in a word: fabulous! The views are simply incredible, and there’s a bar as well as restrooms, plenty of seating, and outdoor and indoor lounges next to the pool as well. We loved our stay here!

Our stay at the Gale Hotel in Brickell was exceptional from the moment we walked in. The service was outstanding—our bags were promptly taken to our room, and even when the bellhop disappeared, he reappeared just as we were about to take them ourselves! The view from our room was breathtaking, overlooking both the city and the water, and the large balcony was perfect for soaking it all in.
The room was fantastic—with slippers, robes, an espresso machine, mood lighting, quality toiletries, and even automatic blinds. The bed was comfortable, and the extra blanket was soft. We loved the breakfast nook, the spacious living room, and the clean and quiet space. Despite some nearby construction, it was barely noticeable. We were also treated to complimentary champagne and dessert during dinner, which made the experience even more special.
The breakfast was good, though we would have appreciated more vegan options in the buffet, and we did find some leftover food in the cooler. But overall, these were minor issues, and we will absolutely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

My wife and I visited this hotel and to say we loved the hotel would be an understatement. To begin, the location of this hotel is spot on. It was close and easily accessible to most of the sites we wanted to visit while in Miami , including South Beach, Wynwood, Design District, and even Calle Ocho. The surrounding areas of the hotel are growing as a ton of new stores and restaurants are being opened. It is THE Perfect location for a Miami stay, a great mix of being in Miami but also in the middle of a big city with endless options.
This brand new hotel also had superb facilities. We felt like we were in a boutique hotel catering to our every need, with big hotel accommodations and amenities. We really enjoyed the pool area on the ninth floor with magnificent views of the water, the skyline, the port, and many other Miami landmarks.
We were able to have a wonderful lunch poolside. Would highly recommend the burger and the basque cheesecake. Also, do not sleep on the hummus and tzatziki when you are looking for a tasty snack. Both delicious!
We also used the spa and gym which were also top notch! Huge hammam, sauna and steam room. Additionally, the gym was brand new and had every option for exercising from your occasional gym goer to your daily gym addict.
Our 1 bedroom suite was not only comfortable but also beautifully decorated. You can relax in the bed, living room, dinette area or on the massive balcony overlooking Miami. Highly recommended for a staycation, to catch a Miami Heat game at the arena which is across the street, or a long stay as well, as the room provides cups, plates and utensils, along with a kitchen sink..
In all, this is a great new hotel ! Highly recommend it! Take us back.

The hotel experience was exceptional, especially for our pre-cruise stay. Its proximity to the cruise port made it incredibly convenient. The spacious spa featured a sauna, hammam, and free workout classes, all with stunning views. Breakfast was delicious, offering a fresh variety, while the poolside food, especially the Mediterranean dips, transported me to Greece. The large pool overlooked Miami Bay, providing lots seating with offerings in the shade or sun. The rooms were large, I could have moved in! Don’t stay here. Everything is slow and inefficient. Only 4 elevators for 50 floors so you will be waiting 10 to sometimes even 30 minutes for a ride. No DND signs so housekeeping can just come in whenever even if you don’t want them to. No room service. And my flight was 6 hours after check in and they “ran out” of storage space… also doesn’t feel very safe, anyone can just hop on the elevator and pick a floor with no key.

The rooms are clean, high end finishes and quiet. The staff is tremendous. The location can’t be beat. You can walk to restaurant and night life or you can enjoy one of the 3 restaurants on property. I travel 150 days a year and this is the best hotel experience I’ve had.

So this is the newest hotel and residences in Downtown Miami. I went to watch the fireworks at Bayside. I called to be sure I could get a room with a balcony facing the fireworks show. They assured me they had the perfect too. For my family and I and answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was going to have a great stay. I was also able to take advantage of early check in and although there was a minor hiccup upon checking in, I advised the front desk and they went above and beyond to accommodate my family and I and made us feel like VIPs. Our room was amazing and our balcony view was picture perfect with views of all the landmarks, including Bayside, Kaseya Center (home of the Heat), Frost Museum, Freedom Tower, and more! I’m considering purchasing a residence there and with their “new way to own” program, it is very tempting. The firework show was incredible from our balcony and we took advantage of the BBQ and drink package offered for the event! Everything was great and the hospitality was welcoming. Definitely recommend the balcony bay view suite for a longer stay since it has everything you need for a home away from home luxury feel! The Gale Miami Hotel is definitely on the top of my list for vacation or daycation stays!
