Edwardo was great! He is a bellman at the hotel and very helpful. He held our luggage while we did some sightseeing. When we returned he loaded the luggage in the car and off we went to our next stop.

This is a lovely hotel. I very much appreciated Eduardo the bellman, he was so cheery and kind - what a warm welcome to the hotel. He also had great advice on where to go. Can’t wait to come back.

Great service, kind and helpful. The hotel was clearly very busy but it was quiet and did not feel hectic. All our requests for answered quickly. This is my third time staying here. I will be back. That is for sure. The parking is not an issue because they have 24 hour valet service

This hotel is disgusting. When you walk in, it feels like you walk into a commercial corporate office. The hotel staff opens your room door and barges in every day even with the privacy light turned on. The water costs 10 dollars a bottle, the hotel restaurant is more expensive than the rooms themselves and isn’t even good, so you are better off eating at Boulud Sud across the street which is cheaper and delicious! The rooms have totally cheap furniture and no lighting so are very dark and outdated. They have no body wash and the amenities are bad. The noises coming from the toilet and AC are their own band. The TV doesn’t connect to your device so it is useless since you can only watch cable TV. If you order food, they don’t send it up and won’t let anyone up to get it to you, so you have to go down and get it, and be prepared for a journey. There are over 400 rooms at this hotel, so you will stop about 10 times on your way down. The service here is non existent. The name itself gives it away - “epic”… this is a trashy word to describe a hotel… it’s also hilarious to name your hotel “epic”… what is this, 2008? Embarrassing for them. Do not stay here, there are better 2 or 3 star hotels.

We love this hotel. This is our third time staying here and it never disappoints is always consistently customer service oriented with great rooms and great amenities. I have to mention the following staff as they were stellar. - Erdinc at pool he brought us our food, and was very attentive to drink request and more. Isaias at front desk was the first person who greeted us and wanted to make sure that all was good once we checked in sending a text to confirm. He is truly epitomizes customer service and a can do attitude which is very positive. Thank you. Nicole the evening person at the front desk was so sweet to take our pictures in front of the Christmas tree, greet us with a smile asking if there’s anything we need. The room is perfect and overlooks the causeway the pool was beautiful. The only problem is the sun is blocked by the other buildings we found sitting on our balcony, the best place to get sun in the morning. Finally, the valet were very attentive to getting the car, we could text them and it was ready and waiting for us. Overall A+ ratings for this property, the staff are exceptional and we even had breakfast brunch at Zuma. It was pricey, but fun.

We stayed at Kimpton Epic Miami Brickell for our one year wedding anniversary. The property absolutely blew me away. Upon arrival, the front desk allowed us to check in early because our room was already ready, the gentleman even upgraded us to a river view at no additional charge. My husband and I unloaded our things, then we went to the pool. When we got back, there was champagne, macaroons, and a letter from the staff at the hotel. I cried. Epic went above and beyond to make us feel special. I would also like to point out that the room was absolutely gorgeous and very clean. We will definitely be back! Thank you for everything! Love, Mara Fuentes and Ryan Taylor

I spent a quick one-night stay at the Kimpton Epic. This was my first time at a Kimpton property and I was quite impressed. On most of my Miami trips, I've gone straight to South Beach and stayed there. This time I wanted to explore downtown a bit. The Epic's location was very convenient for walking to Brickell and Bayside Marketplace. My room was on the 29th floor and had amazing views of Brickell and Biscayne Bay. The bathroom was huge and seemed nearly as large as the bedroom area. I definitely appreciated the large balcony. There are two pools on the 16th floor, but one was closed-off during my stay for a private event. That was fine, because the second one was large enough for me. The only disappointing aspect was $15 orange juice at breakfast. I asked the server if they had regular OJ, but unfortunately fresh-squeezed was their only option. It was almost was expensive as the $17 French Toast! I had $10 OJ in San Francisco back in 2018 and that seemed like a good value, since the glass was nearly twice as large. Staff were very friendly and if I planned to return to downtown Miami, I would definitely consider staying here again.
