Staying in a nice room, 1000 usd per night. Two twins. What a surprise when I came Bach at 4:30pm, the room hasn’t been cleaned, bed not done. Call and asked the front desk: why, can someone come? Answer: no housekeeping unless you stay 5 nights. They don’t do the bed but still get 1000 usd per night. Furthermore, this morning at 7:30, guys cleaning the windows, talking, laughing and loud music just in front of me. This is not acceptable from a hotel like Hilton. Complained at the front desk, sorry policy of the house and sorry for the window cleaners…. The hotel should have made something for that. Where is gone the quality of the hiltons? Too bad.
We stayed here pre cruise. I can’t say enough about this hotel! The staff here are extremely friendly and go above and beyond. We arrived earlier then expected due to a flight change. When we arrived at the hotel I wanted to see if they would just hold our luggage until check in time so we can explore. To my surprise they had a room ready for me and checked us in. I was so delighted! We had an issue with our toilet and maintenance was there to fix it in 5 mins. The hotel is very clean and our room was spacious. We had a view of the port from our room! It’s in walking distance to Publix to get some last minute cruise essentials. Also close to some restaurants. We will definitely stay here again next cruise!
I stayed a week there for business reason. I was happy for the quality of the hotel but as Vegetarian and European I didn't enjoy too much the quality of the food ( either breakfast and lunch). The location is great and easy to access. 10 min by uber from Miami beach , 10 min walk from FTX Arena. The stuff was really professional and great
Every single staff member we encountered was helpful and very welcoming. The room was clean and the a/c worked great. The elevator system is genius. The room service turkey club sandwich was huge and the fries were fresh. The bar downstairs was hopping on a Thursday. We will be back in December for sure

A smart hotel with a great view, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The hotel is very convenient for the Metro Mover (Adrienne Arsht Centre). A reasonable location to get a taxi to the port if on a cruise. Seemed a bit price for the drinks though ($7 for a cup of tea, no facilities in the room to make it yourself).
Stayed few days prior to our Cruise trip. I have had wonderful experiences in all other Hilton, hence I booked this one. Walls are too thin, so very noisy and all rooms allow dogs to share. So no specific allocated rooms for pet customers. Next door to us had couple of them which kept us awake every night, especially when they left them in the room alone. When complained to the reception and asked to be moved we were told hotel is full and we could again have a neighbour with dogs... they were not very helpful even when I had asked for pets free and no smoking rooms. For my stay I had to rely on antihistamines. Restaurant doesn't have much food choices and especially for vegetarians. Lucky we were only there for few days. What a let down by Hilton standard.
stayed 2 nights at this property. room was very big with huge space. two great vies of the harbor and the city. had enough space for all of us' 2 adults and 3 kids. parking was expensive. if you do self parking' its 40$ a night without going out and returning on the same ticket. better to pay 45$ for the valet and then you can leave and enter as much as you want. nice bar at the evening with great atmosphere that turns in the morning to serve starbucks on premises. there is a free monorail just on the corner that takes you around the area. view from the room was great! shower was very good. staff was very friendly and helpful. enjoyed our stay very much! Great stay. would surely return!
Parking is atrocious and expensive..lobby takes a map to find..rooms are subpar with no working AC. Low water pressure and no hot water. Bed was comfortable though. Great pillows! Windows were so dirty that you could not see through them. Restaurant was overpriced (which is to be expected) but service and food was fast food level.
We had a great stay, Britani the guest services manager was absolutely amazing & helpful, Emil checked us in, so professional & very kind, Presler Moreau, the food and beverage Supervisor was our hero, he was absolutely incredible, made sure we were comfortable, he was very personable, attentive, helpful, caring we will never forget his kindness. Him and Britani are the best! We will he back real soon! As diamond members we are extremely picky but we are confident that we will stay with you again!! Our view was absolutely breathtaking!!
