#1 of 2 hotels in Merritt Island
We are a small American owned "Mom & Pop" Motel located conveniently on SR 520. All of our rooms offer tile floors, full size refrigerator, microwave and small kitchenettes. 9 of our units offer a full size range (stove). Also in every guest room you can enjoy a 37" HDTV flat screen television and free WIFI. Currently with our low prices we do not offer in room coffee makers, iron boards or hair dryers but we do have them available at the front office for guest use. Our office does not offer any breakfast at this time but we would be happy to give you some recommendations! Please give us a call to book your next stay in the Space Coast area.

Old school, clean and surprisingly quiet inside. The owners have obviously made a considerable effort to clean and update the rooms. The hotel has everything you need and nothing you don't. The owners live on site and keep a close eye on things. We had no issues with our overnight stay. The owner even allowed me to plug in our electric car to the light outlet up front. Apparently this place has a rough history, but that seems to all be in the past. Don't hesitate to stay here if your visiting Merritt Island.

This place is a SCAM!! They stole my credit card after they double charged me. I called several times to ask them to refund the $74.20 and Brad the manager lied saying he would. Then got mean and said he would not refund a dime. I almost called the police to report this SCAM ARTIST STEALING FROM ITS CUSTOMERS joke of a hotel. The hookers and drug addicts love this roach infested dirty smelly hotel. The mold in the bathroom was disgusting. The refrigerator had maggots in the drawers. I thought I was on a HORROR MOVIE HOTEL! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! I usually stay at Hilton or Marriott but thought why not get a room close to my business meeting the next day. Boy I was wrong. Bead is such a THEIF. Lying and stealing abs he claims he is a Christian. Wow. If that’s what a Christian is then count me out. I would never go to a church that people like Brad calls his teaching place. They must teach you how to rob as I heard others say the same thing Read the Yelp reviews. Everyone says the same things Dirty. Mold. Roaches. And management steals their security deposit. BEWARE. BEWARE. BEWARE. BEWARE!!

Don't rent the place, is a drug/hooker hang out. The management is creeping around in your windows, making excuses to enter your unit. The family who runs it is creepy. Claim they are Christians but far from that. Units AC are filled with mold, bugs everywhere. No laundry facilities because the management are using them. Parking a degrace . Vehicle noise horrible. They clean once a week but takes them 4 hrs. Hmmmmm

We needed an inexpensive place to stay the night before our cruise. The Aladdin Motel was very convenient, clean and reasonable. The only complaint we would have is that there was no coffeemaker in the room (they sent us to 7-11) -- we're used to having our coffee right thing in the morning!
