Fine room but unreasonably mean manager. Friend's room needed payment by 11 and I intended to, however my home HVAC (heating and AC) died and the service person is coming to my house at 10. I cannot leave my home with this stranger to go to my credit union and get the cash and take it to the hotel which is 25 minutes from my credit union... I MUST wait for the serviceman to leave. The manager basically said "too bad so sad" and refused to give me until noon or take my debit card to hold the room until I got there. UGH! And it's Christmas during a global pandemic... how could this rotten human being be so nasty to kick a single mom family out to the street in the cold becaue he can't wait one hour for my cash!

The management and his family are nice but.. the house keeping is on drugs and is 51 years old that needs the help of her also 50-ish year old boyfriend to even clean the rooms. They reuse the same sheets from the night before(remake the beds with the same sheets) she has countless of horrible reviews but yet management doesn't do anything. The boyfriend intimidates every single male customer that gets a room there (mind you he doesn't even get paid.) Overall its horrible the rooms smell like smoke and I know for a fact the tubs do not get scrubbed, the floors have goo of some sort on them and the top covers in the weekly rooms haven't been changed in it seems like forever.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There is no refund what so ever for early check out so you lose all the money you pay. You cant have guest without registering in the office and they keep your id til you leave. The service is just horrible they try to over charge people.

I lived & worked here for almost 2 years.. It was mandatory for housekeepers to live on site.. That's so people could bug you all hours of the night for a extra pillow or blanket or even to clean a room (off the clock) Not counting the owner makes you sign over your whole pay check to him for rent.. There were many weeks that my check didn't even cover his over inflated rent.. Plus he refused to buy the proper cleaning supplies it took to clean those nasty rooms and laundry.. My advise.. STAY AWAY FROM THISD PLACE!!!!!!

Having to stay in a motel in a pinch, you should consider your car instead. Upon checking in, they actually give you the key to "check out" your room first. Tip: remove bed spread, as your fighting vomiting on the spot, you will be disgusted to see stains all over the sheets, and various hairs all over your bed. Not to mention all the other various questionable spots on the pillows, bedspread and carpeting. The filth caked on the bathroom floors, doors, knobs, walls, etc. You will look around in disbelief that this place is even allowed to remain in business. When you bring back your key with that "you have to be kidding me" look on your face, you will be offered the "remodled" upgrade for an addtional fee.....they made an effort, but failed miserably. The floor in the bedroom area is better, still dirty, but at least its not the soiled filth carpeting. The bathroom are hidious, with dead roachs, and lucky for me, a live one too. The bathroom walls seem to have been mistaken for the toilet, visibly. They offer a coffe pot, missing a place to put the coffee in, and outlets that do not work. There are lamps unplugged, and thats because when you plug them in, they dont work anyway. There are also warning signs placed all over the premises that advise the guest that the hotel is not responsible for any stolen vehicles or property damage. That the police will remove people that should not be there, and drugs are not permitted, along with public intoxication. The sign basically tells you to turn around, get in your car, and go take a shower immediately. Even in a pinch, a park bench is a better idea. This place should be condemned and bulldozed. DO NOT STAY THERE

This hotel is by far the worst I have been in. They charge you $55 to stay in this roach motel. From the start I looked at 4 different rooms. Since they didn't offer refunds, I thought id check it out first. Ok the first room smelled like weed. The second one had water pouring down from the celling in the bathroom. Which he didn't seemed to concerned about. The third one smelled like a wet dog. Which he said their might have been a dog in that room.. Like really. So I picked the forth room Which was probably the cleaner of them all. The rooms are very out dated and run down. The beds only have sheets on them and two pillows that were flat and hard. I saw a few cockroaches during the night. This place is by far the worst ive seen...IF you want someone place quiet and confortable pay the extra money to stay somewhere else. The only good thing was probably the really cold air. Total waste of money. This place should be shut down!!!

Visited a couple days ago, and I must say that the new General Manager has been making big changes and renovating rooms. Give it a try I think you will be very surprised at the changes being made. Thank you Dorothy For a very enjoyable stay.

Price was right for weekly stay. Has nice pool, great location on Intercoastal waterway. Not a branded hotel, but worked for me. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Plenty of parking, could use a little TLC.
