Nestled in a prime beachfront location, Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa garners acclaim for its spacious and comfortable rooms, though a few guests have encountered inconsistencies. The attentive and professional service, along with the hotel's ambiance—complete with live music and elegant decor—often impresses visitors.
While the resort's amenities like the spa and beach facilities get high marks, some areas reportedly could benefit from enhancements. Although opinions on value vary, with some criticisms of pricing, the resort's cleanliness and serene atmosphere are consistently praised.

I literally can't say enough good things about this hotel. The rooms were beautiful and spacious with nice little touches, like a tote bag and chocolates and a balm to help you sleep.
The staff was excellent, kind and patient with me and all my family members (23 of us in total!).
The beach was beautiful and the cabana service was awesome. There were TVs and refrigerators with juices and waters in the cabanas. An extra fee but well worth it since we were such a large group.
Dinners were all amazingly delicious and, again, the staff was wonderful with all of us.
Kid's club was a hit for the youngest (3) and the oldest (12) children in the group. They wanted to go all day every day. And there were some fun family events each day for all of us.
Gym was clean and large with great equipment. I had the best pedicure ever at the salon.
All in all a wonderful time and I would go back in a heartbeat!

My wife and I frequently stay at Eau for business, and it has become one of our favorite resorts. The personalized attention we receive—from the reservations team remembering the room I prefer to the special amenities that make our visits memorable—truly makes Eau feel like a second home to us.
The resort offers many exceptional venues to enjoy, but two of our personal favorites are the elegant hotel lobby and Breezes restaurant, with its stunning location along the beach wall. Another highlight is the Sunday afternoon brunch, a delightful event featuring fantastic island music from Arturo, perfectly complemented by the soothing sound of crashing waves in the background.
Eau truly delivers a magical experience every time.

Arrived for family/business get together for the weekend and we received a friendly greeting immediately by the valet upon arrival.
Front desk check-in was friendly and was accented by glasses of sparkling wine.
The property’s public areas are very nice with wide marble floor corridors with antique furnishings.
The property boasts a handful of restaurants with different cuisines available.
The property’s pool area is very nice with a separate adult pool, cabanas available for private use and food/drink service.
Conference facilities were very good and the banquet food (breakfast and dinner) quite good.
Our room was a standard king and was spacious with a separate work desk Amal chaise lounge. Bathroom was very nice with separate bath tub, shower and toilet room.
The staff was superlative. Always pleasant and happy to assist. Staff being a game changer for hotels, the Eau Pam Beach staff was top class and a tribute to this very nice facility.
Checkout was a breeze with valet again very efficient.
A wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at the Eau Palm Beach if our travels bring us back to the area.

This gem, smack on the ocean in Palm Beach, has it together in ways seldom seen any longer. The staff is on point--friendly, professional, and actually happy to engage with guests in conversations.
There was no nickel and diming. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are complimentary for guests, as is valet parking, and no dreaded "resort fee."
I've seldom seen staff so happy. A shout out to Ahmet, whose joy in his job is infectious. Everyone we interacted with was helpful and couldn't do enough for you.
Our suite (418) was great--right on the ocean.
When everything comes together this well, you can tell senior management "gets it."
We had about as perfect a stay as one can have. So should you.

This former Ritz Carlton property is lovely with breathtaking views …. Outside the sunrises and sunsets are beautiful and inside the many gorgeous crystal chandeliers and antiques are stunning.
My husband and I stayed three nights in an ocean front king room. We loved the view. The bed is comfortable and the room is well appointed. Evening turndown service was a nice touch and we appreciated the chocolates housekeeping leaves on each nightstand. The bathroom is nice….but if I had one criticism it would be that the bathroom could use an update. The marble shower was lovely but the commode is so low…it’s time to invest in the higher profile which would likely better accommodate the generally older clientele. The hotel must have been full during our stay. On Saturday housekeeping did not arrive until after 5 pm to service our room which was disconcerting. They ended up combining the service with turndown which meant we needed to hastily change to get to a family gathering.
A word about the parking valets — they really hustle! We never waited more than a couple minutes for our car. The weekend of our visit the hotel hosted a beautiful black tie wedding which made for a VERY busy evening for the valets — yet they were cheerful and no one waited long for their car. Hats off to them!
I enjoyed the pool one day and found the service to be excellent. We dined at Polpo also - one breakfast (with the most incredible fruit plate I’ve ever enjoyed) and one dinner. Unfortunately Angle Restaurant is closed on Sunday and that was the one night we had no family plans. There is a sushi restaurant in the lobby area also and if we had stayed longer we would have tried that as well.
In all we enjoyed our stay. It’s clear this hotel is a top choice for meeting planners and celebratory events. In an area with many high end hotels this one does stand out as a good choice. We would absolutely return.

We enjoyed a wonderful 5 day break at this beautiful resort. Although it was a holiday weekend and busy the overall feeling was one of calmness and control. All the staff were helpful and courteous and the resort facilities excellent. A lovely adult only pool area enhanced the experience. Our only complaint relates to the Angle Restaurant where an overly officious and unhelpful hostess spoiled the experience of a lovely restaurant. We made our booking for a set time some 2 months before and arrived on time. Yet the hostess looked into the room which was only half full and asked us to wait 15 minutes until a table would be ready. We immediately objected and said we had a booking and expected to be able to go to the table - this is our European way of doing things - particularly in a fine dining restaurant in a 5 star hotel. She was not very interested but luckily a senior waiter noticing this exchange intervened and said not to worry, a table would be ready in 3-4 minutes and poured us some champagne and soon after took us to the table. The hostess ignored us after that. The subsequent experience was lovely but we started the evening feeling very irritated. An example of the way a beautiful quality hotel can be let down by a poorly qualified or poorly trained member of staff.

Easily the worst resort I've ever stayed in -- in Palm Beach or otherwise. They were understaffed and the poor staff was so overworked that they couldn't do much of anything at all. They were simultaneously overbooked and the only restaurants on the property (and there is nowhere to eat within 15 min of the property) had wait times of about an hour ever day for every meal. The beach was tiny, overcrowded and littered with trash. If you want to relax by the adult tranquility pool, good luck, there's always kids in there. There's constant construction outside the hotel as well starting at about 6:30 am. The spa had no availability during our entire trip which is fine because everyone at the spa was rude to us anyway. The maids didn't clean our rooms 2 of the 4 days we were there, and when we brought up these issues to the hotel staff along with the facts that we didn’t have hot water multiple times and our toilets flushed about half the time, all they offered us was 2 extra nights. Like we would every come back here for any reason

I hate that it took me so long to write this review. I was still recovering mentally from the experience. I will make a long story short. I planned a solo trip for 4 days and ended up leaving 2 days early. The room I was in had bed bugs. I reported it to the staff/management and of course they denied it and also managed to insult me in the process when I was showing them the multiple bumps on my body. When the fabric skirt of the bed and mattress was checked there were tons of black streaks, and dots resembling a pen mark. If you google signs of bed bugs this is what you find. I was lucky to book with AMEX as there able to get me a refund and an early flight. However, upon my arrival home I had to go to urgent care for the severity of my bites and hire a professional bed bug service to gather all my belongs from me at the airport. I do travel a lot for work and this experience gives me such bad anxiety when staying in hotels.

Besides the fun looking room, we also enjoyed the direct oceanfront location. Many hotels in Florida are set back from the ocean, but here you are right next to the beach and it is easy to hear the ocean from your room. Almost all areas of the hotel have ocean views. The beach itself is pretty narrow but when the tide is high you can sit in lounger chairs directly next to the beach on the nicely landscaped pool level of the hotel overlooking the ocean. The hotel actually has two big pools, a family pool, and an infinity edged adult pool with an ocean view. The open air casual dining spot Breezes also sits directly next to the ocean.
We had breakfast each morning at Temple Orange which offers a buffet on the weekends. The interior is very stylish but we enjoyed the nice outdoor terrace with of course more views of the ocean and the family pool. The food was very good, but our breakfast package fell a few dollars short of covering the cost of 2 buffets which we felt was unfortunate. We did not see the big fancy spa which costs $65 to visit if you are not getting a treatment, but I used the gym which was nice and offered up more ocean views, but the space could use a little more workout equipment and the room has a very sterile look which was not very appealing.
The location of the hotel is in a quiet mostly residential area, but with a small shopping plaza across the street with a grocery store and a few good restaurant options. Downtown Palm Beach is about a fifteen minute drive away passing beautiful mansions along the way.

Response from EauPalmBeachResort, General Manager at Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa
From the moment we stepped into the beautiful lobby, we were welcomed by the general manager and they gave so much special attention to the kids. They were out of sparkling apple juice at check-in but Natalia, from guest relations, sent up a special surprise for the kids as soon as the they had more.
Chris, from beach services, made sure my family (including my mobility challenged Dad) had a beautiful setup every morning and was so attentive. The beach is private and and has easy access to the family pool area. The food at breeze (the poolside restaurant) is delicious. Don’t miss the lobster roll or the skirt steak tacos! And Jovany, with poolside services, will ensure your water is refilled and your drinks are always cold. I’ve never seen anyone work as hard as Jovany.
There’s a brand new kids club, poolside games (Jenga, cornhole, ping pong, etc) and the saltwater family pool has easy access to restrooms and the delicious ice cream shop, Melt.
We will definitely return and will be recommending this resort to all of our family and friends. Thank you, Eau Palm Beach.
