The check in was in front with the elevators but the parking was in back with the entrance. Our room was in the back on the 4th floor requiring you to enter at the rear with your luggage walk to the front for the elevator go to the 4th floor then walk to the back. Definitely got my steps in! We were suppose to have a king bed but at check in none were available and ended up with 2 single beds. They have their own lot but still charge you $11.00 a night which was waived because of our reservation issue. The room was a suite and was nice otherwise.

Hotel's Favorite
Pool had sun on it most of the day, without any buildings blocking the sun. Stayed over a week. The place is a little dated, but very clean. The 2 bedroom rooms were large. Breakfast were good and different each day.

This is a nice hotel in a quiet area! We really enjoyed that the hotel was located in a quiet area! We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite, which was clean and well-appointed. My husband has some health issues so, we really appreciated that our suite was at the end of the hallway so, it was very quiet and we were able to rest undisturbed! Check-in was quick (always a big plus!) and the staff was helpful and friendly.

This hotel got the job done. Staff was friendly, room was clean. Rooms are a little dated, but the bed was very comfortable and that’s what was most important after a long work day! Location was convenient to get to after a late work dinner, but not someplace I would choose to stay for the location. Middle of an office park. Would be happy to stay again if I am back there for business.

We were in town for a wedding in Winter Park. Several hotels were already sold out, so we chose the Homewood Suites because it had good ratings, was fairly close, and had a pool. The things we liked: 1. Location worked for where we needed to be and was freeway close. 2. A/C worked well 3. Breakfast is provided 4. They have a pool Things that need some attention: 1, We did not see, when booking, that there is a daily charge for parking. This is something to consider when booking. 2. The hotel does not clean room unless you stay longer that 4 days, but will replenish items if you call. This is fine, except when trash fills quickly and the whole hall smells because everyone leaves their trash outside their doors and it doesn't get picked up promptly. 3. We chose this hotel because it had a pool. The pool is nice but they only have two lounge chairs and one is broken. They have a nice built in BBQ, which never seemed to be used. It would have been nice to have that money spent on more lounge chairs, and/or chair repair. 4. We love that breakfast is provided, but would welcome some allergy options. Would also like to see more healthy foods available. 5. We understand having a tiny gym. We are happy they had one, but it only had a few cardio machines and dumbbells. This is enough to get a little workout in, but the spin bike did not have straps, and unless you travel with your cycling shoes, this makes it very hard to use. 5. When we checked into our room the halls were freshly painted and I assume or room had been as well. But, they left a drill in the room, furniture out of place, and no utensils in the kitchen. 6. If you are traveling with a family and intend to stay in a 1 room suite, be aware, there is no room to move once you open up the sofa bed. One suggestion, to the hotel, would be to take out the upholstered chair in the living space. It will give more room for the fold out bed. Nestled about 20 minutes from touristy Orlando, this hotel is located in a beautiful, quiet, and safe area, providing a wonderful respite from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks and I-Drive. Went with my girlfriend for her birthday and stayed for two nights. She's picky and tends to have expensive tastes, but she was still impressed with the one-bedroom suite. Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to explore the other amenities in the hotel, but we spent a ton of time in the room relaxing after a day at the parks and thoroughly enjoyed the comfort and homey accommodations the room provided, e.g. the full fridge, stovetop, and dishwasher. However, it's the people that made this stay incredible. Even before we arrived, I was already impressed with the willingness to go above and beyond for their guests. I called a week or two in advance, hoping to set up a pleasant surprise for my girlfriend and ALEX from Front Desk was quick to take ownership and made it all happen. We checked in to find a nice gift basket with snacks and a bottle of my girlfriend's favorite wine. Later, I wanted to surprise my girlfriend again, so I managed to slip away to obtain a birthday cake from Publix, conveniently located about 5-7 minutes. When I approached ARIANNI from Front Desk about hiding the cake until the following night, she, without hesitation, also took ownership and kept it safe in the kitchen until I was ready. This is a wonderful hotel. I'm a Hilton Diamond and so appreciate the kindness the front desk - especially Mary and the GM - have shown me. The rooms are QUIET which I love and the hotel is away from noise and secluded. The beds are fantastic and everything is run like clockwork! 10/10!

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Nice hotel inside and out. The only issue is that they don't let you know before hand that the are going to charge you for parking. This makes no sense to me why a hotel that is in an area that does not have parking issues, would charge.

This hotel was okay. We chose it because the venue was close, in hindsight we would’ve stayed closer to coast and drove to the event. We did Cape Canaveral 1 day and the beach the other day. My main issue with the hotel was the elevator, it took forever- I would suggest staying on 1st Floor to not be irritated. Service was fantastic, but if you need towels at the pool, may need to bring some from the room. Also only 3 lounge chairs at the pool.
