The resort and our suite were exactly as described. The staff was friendly and helpful. Big shout-out to Mark. He was more like an old friend or good neighbor. He gave us trip tips. dining ideas and even grabbed a few cokes out of his own fridge when we found no soda machine on the property.

Was a late arrival and was great entering a clean room. Breakfast was perfect and coffee was good. All the amenities were clean and personnel were polite. Everything we were looking for. Wish we could have stayed longer.

It was a real pleasure to spend a relaxing afternoon and quiet night here on our way out of the Keys. We had two waterview cottages for our family. The buildings are not at all new, but they are clean and comfortable, and offer a lot of space for the money: a living area, kitchen and dinette, bedroom, and bathroom, as well as the front porches that overlook the wide channel between Little Torch Key and Big Pine Key. The woman at the front desk was so very welcoming and friendly. Check-in was smooth and we could park right at our cottage. We loved the Adirondack chairs where we sat under the palms out of the afternoon sun. Later, after dark, we moved the chairs to the water's edge so we could admire the crystal clear sky full of stars. The morning sunrise was stunningly beautiful. Breakfast was great. Our cottage was a duplex unit, and we could hear footsteps from the other unit late at night; woke me up a couple of times. Probably only heard them because the area is so quiet to begin with. The suite we stayed in (Pompano) was very clean and comfortable. It was overlooking the water. The resort is low key and relaxing. Beautiful views. Helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in the Florida Keys.

First of all, the staff here are so friendly and welcoming. The room looked and smelled clean and the bed was wonderful. We had a handwritten card on our table when we came in (as we were honeymooners). Breakfast was simple but delicious and the space was cute, clean and welcoming. The resort is quiet and very relaxing. Tons of chairs to lookout onto the water.

Annette in the front desk and the entire team is awesome. Place is incredible and the price is very reasonable, especially compared to places in Key West etc. The room is clean, comfortable and spacious.

A nice resort, but you can’t go outside because of these invisible sand fleas that bite and leave terrible burning bites. They provide a nice breakfast but you can’t sit outside to eat it. The staff is nice. They have a warm pool. They were kind and let me leave early cause I was bit up. Expensive like everything else in the keys.

My wife and I stayed there for two nights. I think to call it a resort is a bit of a stretch. It’s a nice place however, it’s a bit rundown and the grounds are not well kept. There’s two guys that ride around on a golf cart that seem to look busy, but really don’t do much to help the maintenance side of the facility. A good example is the small beach they have is not maintained. It would take one of those guys about five minutes to rake the beach each morning to keep the trash off it. However, I just saw them riding around all day. It’s got a great location and it’s very close to being a resort. Just needs a little TLC, and investment, feels neglected. I was also disappointing to hear that the kayaks and stand up paddles closes at 3 o’clock every day.

My friend and I are here for a week, and it's wonderful. A bit dated, but very well kept and directly on the water. Excellent breakfast buffet, and very responsive management to anything that needs to be done. Well heated pool with a view of the water while swimming or lounging. Cottages have large furnished porches. Kayaks and paddleboards available for guest use. Love it here!
