We were only there for one night. The bed was very stiff and the breakfast was just ok. The staff was very nice and helpful. I will search for a better option next time.It is convenient to Disney which was our purpose.

We booked on the Disney site as they had an offer on with free memory maker. Irrespective as to where you get your tickets, you have a reference number with the confirmation email you receive after purchase. You attend at the ticket desk at any park and give them the reference number. They then issue you with a card each and activate your membership.
The first time you go through the gate, they take your fingerprint.
Hope this helps
