Although the room had some shoddy repairs to the tile in the bathroom, everything else was in good condition. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The location was great for Disney Parks and a walk across the street to Old Town. We had a one bedroom on the second floor with a view of the pool. You could hear everything outside. EVERYTHING. Especially when the people downstairs are sitting outside blasting music and yelling over it. The sound of them breaking glass was as clear as if I was sitting right next to them. They kept changing the music channels mid song which was annoying as well. I tried not complaining because people are on vacation and maybe they will quiet down. Out of respect for others. But NO. SO I call down to the front desk. No answer. I walk down and no one is there except a security guard who works for the other resort building on property. NOT the building my room was in. So if you have an issue, no one will help you. You are on your own. …

We had an excellent stay and the accommodations were wonderful. The staff was great. Had difficulty contacting an actual resort representative to find out how the rooms were laid out. Had a group of 6. 3 adults, 3 children. Was told each room slept 4 but was led to believe that would be with additional cots. The resort does NOT have cots. Each room has a queen bed and a pull out sofa bed in the living room (thus the 2 + 2). Sofa beds were comfortable and we had a great stay. Definitely recommend!!

The unit was very nice - small and a bit dated but OK. The biggest problem was it was a main floor unit and the resort used the upstairs studio unit as a daily rental. As a result there were 3 different groups in that unit during the week and the noise from above was very bad, Complained to the front desk which made no difference,

We enjoyed the location next to Old Town and so close to the Disney parks. When we entered through the security gate it was like entering a private oasis surrounded by palm trees and screened from the activity of the area. Pool and hot tub are nice, and parking was always right in front of our condo. Washer and dryer were a nice touch. Mirrors are the only thing lacking in our opinion, with the only one being over the bathroom sink. On-grade walk out doors put us right in the totally secluded back yard with grass, trees, pool, picnic tables, and a grill. We were pleasantly surprised and would come back. Sleep quality suffered a little because we were on the ground floor and it is typical residential construction, so you can hear people moving around upstairs. My wife loved the mattress, but I found it a little hard to sleep on. She is much harder to please than I am, so take her opinion. It is a queen size mattress, which we have at home, so if you have a king size at home there could be some adjustment for you.…

We love to stay here, the proberty is clean, nice, in walkingdistance to old town. Hanging by the pool is so relaxing and watching wildlife was so great. Staff was very nice and helpful. Looking forward to visit again.

The accommodation itself is absolutely fine and they have a nice pool area. Very close to Old Town literally across the road. My issue with this property is that they have taken the Resort Fee twice!!!. I paid for it upfront on my booking had to argue with them at front desk about this and they finally waved me on as though they believed me even though I had proof with my booking confirmation. Just returned home to find they have dam well taken it again - well they think they have because now I will just contact my credit card and say it was fraudulently taken and I will get it back Very underhand tactics because they didn't like the fact I had paid it to my booking agent up front.

This place was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again. The staff was quick to respond with any questions. The room was modernized and clean. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I've ever slept in.

Clean, great pool, love the deer, and across the street from Old Town and Fun Spot, around the corner from Celebration and Disney Springs and Disney Boardwalk, lots of shopping near by! Enjoyed our stay! Would go back again!

We stayed here four nights, with busy day schedules. The suite was spacious and comfortable (especially the bed). It was a real plus to have the washer/dryer in the unit, as we were 10 days into a 15 day vacation. We will rebook this resort the next time we are in town.
