My spouse and I stayed in the Jungles room for three nights. The room was super comfortable (nice linens & bath products, good AC) and had a very nice outdoor balcony. The designer of the hotel had some pretty amazing vision because the underlying structure in and out is pretty rugged, but somehow it is hardly noticeable. The grounds are gorgeously landscaped and the area down by the water is beautiful. The bar area is the perfect spot to watch the sunset, but important to point out that they only have beer and wine. Additionally, the food situation at the bar is pretty limited so you will probably want to venture out to one of the many restaurants close by (Morada Bay, Lazy Days, and Bayside Gourmet which does great takeout). We wanted to spend as much time as possible on the water, so we decided to book the ecological tour with Bill Todd. He is a great guide and we really enjoyed learning about the local ecosystem and history of the area. I would highly recommend this or a sunset sail which Bill captains as well. Overall, the property exceeded my expectations and I will certainly return in the future.

I can't say enough good things about this property. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. All the staff were helpful and friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better weekend. We didn't get to take advantage of all of amenities-bicycles, kayaks, yoga classes, beer tasting but that means we have to go back when we have more time. Can't wait!

We stayed 2 night in the Manatee Room and 1 night in the Hideaway. Both were perfect in every way!! Staff was amazing and accommodating in every sense. The rooms are sparkling clean and amenities are abundant. We had a great time kayaking and seeing manatees and dolphins! We plan on coming back every chance we can get!

Great, clean hotel for a reasonable price. Bar is limited, however, so you need to bring your own liquor. We booked a sunset sail with Captain Bill through the hotel and had a great time. Would definitely go back.

A stunningly beautiful mini-resort. On the bayside of Islamorada, the buildings are nestled between palm trees, sand walkways, and the sea. We had the Manatee Suite on the ground floor of the Seaview building. A lovely suite with a large bedroom / lounge, dressing area, and bathroom with a large tub and great rainfall shower. Outside lounger and chair looking out to the sea. Lovely pool and bar area. Bar juts out over the sea and has a telescope and binoculars you can use to lookout over the bay. Janice in the bar was wonderful, so friendly and helpful. Drinks are great (note wine, beer, and low alcohol cocktails as they don't have a hard liquor licence). You can order from a small lunch menu which is delivered from Bayside Gourmet (dinner is great there too) and was delicious. Continental breakfast was included and served on the top of the Seaview building from 7am-11am so suiting you whether you had an early start to take an excursion (several are available onsite) or enjoyed a lazy lay-in. Kayaks, paddleboards, and bikes are available free of charge. A little piece of paradise.

This is our third visit to Casa Morada. By far the best room yet... The Manatee - Book if available - Adorable! This is a very chill spot - if you want peace and quiet with great view of the bay especially at sunset- stay here! Breakfast is included and it's yummy. The danish and croissants- delicious. Free bikes , paddle boards and kayaks are fun . We saw a bunch of manatees during our stay right at the hotel! Loved that the pool was heated too. Nice added touches in the room like yoga mat ( for the complimentary yoga offered) and complimentary snacks ! Free drink coupon for poolside bar was a nice plus . This was our favorite visit here yet, the service this time was excellent. Tip: Splurge for a room in the building by the water!! So worth it

We chose this property over some of its competitors because we liked the sound of an uncrowded, unhurried place. And we were not disappointed! We loved that we didn't have to jockey for chairs at the pool or worry that all the kayaks had already been taken. There were always places to sit at breakfast. The service by the pool was great, and we loved being able to order salads to eat right there. Just a few minor issues, like it would be great to have more light in the rooms and additional outlets or USB charging ports. It also would be nice to have some protein in the breakfast options, like eggs, or something more substantial than pastries, yogurt and fruit. But these small issues would not prevent me from returning to this hidden gem!

A wonderful place to stay in Islamorada if, like us, you prefer peace and quiet at your resort. A beautiful setting with lovely manicured grounds. The pool and the dock and bar on the bay are terrific. The office staff is very gracious and accommodating, and the cleaning staff is superb. The rooms are nice, but could use some updating.

From the richly landscaped property to our spotless room, everything was great! We stayed in the Sun room, on the second floor facing the water. It was huge, light and airy. It was a warm week in the 80's (Farenheit). The A/C split device was almost silent and worked well. Breakfast items were of high quality and served on outside porch., surrounded by greenery. For the other meals, numerous restaurants are nearby, several within walking distance. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping is very attentive. Would happily return
