5 stars for staff, cleanliness and access to marina. Rooms are large, view is lovely. The pool is heated and the pool is just amazing, relaxing and very family friendly. The beach for the kids to play is large and very family friendly!
We have just stayed here for 5 days. The rooms are decorated to a high standard, 2 large beds with an ensuite then in the adjoining room it was highly kitted out in the kitchen, dining area. This too had a sofa bed and another bathroom. Both bathrooms were kitted out with towels, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Pool towels are included. Also which makes it comfortable is we had air conditioned rooms. The pool and area are clean and so is the beach which also has a bbq area. This place is spotless and would come again.
Heavenly place!! The place is beautiful, awesome swimming pool, comfortable rooms. The pool area was clean, refreshing, and a great place to hang out without a crowd. Would definitely stay there again
My wife and I did a little getaway and chose Caloosa Cove because we had never been there. It appears to be an older property that’s been remodeled. My room was fine though a king size bed would have been greatly appreciated and the kitchen though not used, appeared well equipped. The pool was fine though part of the deck was under construction. The beach was very nice and view was excellent. If they offered more amenities like a gym, kayaks, bicycles and on site restaurant my rating would be better.
We loved Caloosa Cove! Perfect spot with lovely ocean and pool views! We loved the beach and pool and spent most of our time there. The only thing we missed was having a restaurant on-site for meals and beverages - it was closed for contruction. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay and would recommend!
Room was clean and modern. Staff was great. View and grounds are great. Tennis Court and pool great. Pool a little cold. Highly recommend. I like that there is not too much going on and we could enjoy the nature and relax. When we wanted something to do we could easily find in Islamorada or Marathon
Caloosa Cove Resort was such a quiet retreat each day by the pool for sunrise & sunsets !! Just the relaxation we needed. The room was updated and very clean with everything we needed to enjoy a week away.
Love this place, so well situated for Keys and visiting Key West or other Keys. Reception closes early but they will leave a key in a lock box which is good. Suites are well appointed although I would have loved a Welcome Pack with the basics in to last us that first night, there isn't anything close by really, the petrol station does have a few bits. There is a laundry which was great to catch up on washing but no way to get the quarters and no card facility, asked at reception and then did not have any quarters.... We had the room with 2 sofa beds and a double bed with 2 bathrooms. The sofa bed in the lounge had seen better days and my son was not at all comfortable and ended up with a sore back. This really were our only issues. Pool area is lovely and overlooks the little beach where we saw and swam with manatees, I wished the pool had been a little heated as it was a little cool to comfortably get in. I would stay here again, probably without kids though!…
We had the two room and it was a great space for two people. The pool and deck was great with a terrific view. Beach was small. Kitchen was well appointed. Basically looked brandnew. The unit has two bathrooms, and water was hot.
The room was great and very clean. We arrived after 5pm and but were send lock box instructions with a code for entering our room. My only suggestion would be that for such a large property, I wish there would have been someone on site at least till 8pm. There is no reception and no one to reach after 5pm.
