It was my second time visiting Playa and I gotta say I loved it, once again!! The management is always so attentive. All the staff is so caring and friendly. Thank you, Kishane(F&B supervisor), Justin(Sol manager), Kevin(front desk manager), Versace and Jasmine(our servers at

Stains and dirty marks on sheets, duvet cover and pillow cases. Food stuck to the table on the balcony. Furniture on patio and in outdoor public areas had stained, moldy cushions. Toilets near lobby dirty, floors in room and elsewhere covered in dust and food particles.

This property has potential but fails to meet expectations in a number of ways. The property grounds (pool and beach) are far too small to accommodate the number of hotel guests. The pool is jam packed with no seats to be found. People leave towels on chairs the entire days

I stayed with my family recently for a few nights. Its a relatively short drive from Miami but the keys are a world away in terms of atmosphere. It was my first time to the keys in many years and I forgot how retro the place is. To be honest my wife thought the area could

a very exclusive property, the beach is outstanding and the property is gorgeous. Stop by the tiki bar for a cocktail and enjoy a beautiful tropical experience, VERY pricey drinks, but very nice for a date night.

I recall in December that we paid for upgraded beach suite 1st floor (both of us are platinum members but not premier elite..well do not think we are but maybe we are). We were offered continental which was fine 2 days and paid for full breakfast on the other 4 days... it works..I would call them direct at the reservation desk.. they were very accommodating and can answer this question.

Limited planned activities as far as I saw. Fishing on the pier, some kids club activities where an adult must accompany kids under 12. I didn't see any exercise classes, though they have a nice workout room. Nice Spa. The day we checked in, the calendar had ended, they didn't have any current calendar. Great sunsets. No beach.

I would check Trip Advisor for other comments on Playa Largo. Beautiful place, but don't quite seem to have their act together. We weren't there but 2 nights and wanted to enjoy the restaurants around the area, so didn't use the resort restaurants except for a in room breakfast for the grand kids. Some of the main concerns for the restaurants seem to relate to timeliness. I'd be a little concerned to limit myself to their schedules and menus
