Jupiter Beach Resort & Spa delights guests with its vibrant atmosphere, including live music and welcoming touches such as champagne and cookies. The hotel's location garners high praise, encapsulating both beauty and convenience. While the rooms earn accolades for their cleanliness, modern updates, and breathtaking views, some visitors note the absence of previous amenities like complimentary coffee. Although the service is generally celebrated for its professionalism, the mandatory valet and customer service have received mixed reviews. Additionally, the value proposition is questioned by many travelers due to perceived high costs and additional fees.

Jupiter Beach Resort is gem. We stayed for a week with family over the busy holiday break. We've stayed at the Four Seasons and the Breakers in Palm Beach in the past and decided to give Jupiter a try this year as the prices in Palm Beach have gotten ridiculous , especially in our situation with adult children who need their own rooms. While Jupiter Beach Resort isn't competing with them as a 5 star, it does a great job at earning 5 stars for what the property is - a great beach side family focused resort. The room renovations are terrific. The true stars of the hotel are the staff. Kudos to everyone there for managing a full hotel. Our family was all grown children, but lots of younger kids and family reunions. Location is great: down the street from Jupiter restaurant and bar area. While the beach area in front of the hotel is narrow, we enjoyed swimming in front of the hotel and walking up and down the beach. The pool is small and there isn't a view of the ocean from poolside. Pool and beach chairs could use an upgrade. Big variations in rooms. We had an oceanfront king, an ocean view king, and a two queen bedroom that faced inland. All were decorated and renovated, but the views and experience were very different. Make sure you ask about the different rooms and to ensure your expectations are in line with what you are paying for. Latitudes had great service and good food. The pool bar/restaurant was understaffed and food was OK - that was a little disappointing. The valet parking was frustrating as well - there were times we wanted to drive down the street and having to do valet each time we went in and out got to be a pain (although staff was terrific). The gym was disappointing as well. Small and cave-like. Spa services were Meh .. we had 3 massages and none of the experiences were great. We enjoyed grabbing breakfast from the Beach Market cafe. All 6 adults in our group agreed that we would come back. Particular thanks to Brandon for helping us arrange a celebration and Beth at the pool.

Thank you to all the staff for a great stay! We were staying for quite a few nights so we got to see a number of the staff multiple times - our son loved meeting everyone and mom & dad really appreciated the time everyone took to say hello to him. Special thanks to Jared at the front desk, Christina & Michelle in the restaurant (along with the hostesses), Peter at the dock, the gentlemen at the towel stand and Marketplace door, Sandbar bartenders and everyone in between. We can’t wait to come back next year!

No time to use any of the amenities, but rooms are actually remodeled. My experience with many aging hotel's "remodel" is a 12th layer of paint over ruined wood work and cheap bathroom fixtures. Not the case here. Our room and bathroom were truly updated. Even bed linens, towels, and toiletries are very good quality. Reception and valet attendants all quite welcoming. My only complaint (and should be used to it by now), are the absurd additional fees. Especially when valet is the only option here so the $25 easily becomes $50 with tipping. Particularly frustrating is this open lot is directly in front of you just steps away, so can get your car faster than waiting for an attendant. So our room rate of $427/night had over $100 in fees, totaling $538, not including valet tips. No reflection on the good folks working here, but a shout out to corporate for their nonsense.

The team at Jupiter Beach resort make sure your stay is perfect, even if it’s only one night

Jared Segal, Travis, Teresa (and the entire staff) went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience.

The views from our oceanfront room were truly breathtaking. During our trip the water truly was “so clear you can see to the bottom” my wife and I had to keep pinching ourselves that this was our room.

We’ve stayed here a few times and I would say one of my favorite parts of this resort is you really don’t need to leave the premises once you arrive.

Lounge chairs on the private beach, outside beach bar, spa, pool and of course the entire Atlantic Ocean, you can’t go wrong with Jupiter Beach Resort.

My experience with Jupiter Beach Resory and Spa was utterly disappointing and frustrating. Despite having prepaid for my hotel room for 3 days , I was shocked to find out upon my arrival in Fla that my PREPAID reservation had been canceled.(They charged my card 7 days prior) Not only did this inconvenience leave me stranded with no accommodation for the night, but the hotel staff's lack of assistance only exacerbated the situation. Instead of offering solutions or any form of compensation, they merely shrugged off their mistake, leaving me to scramble for alternative arrangements at the last minute. This blatant disregard for customer service and their failure to take responsibility for their actions is completely unacceptable. I was supposed to be appreciative that they were refunded the nights they cancelled my room? HOW does that make sense?
I was hung up on my the smug front desk. I would strongly advise against anyone considering booking with them as they clearly prioritize profit over the satisfaction and well-being of their guests. The GM told me he looked on line and saw other hotels... -that was their assistnace. Not once did anyone let me know their was availabilty for the second night of my trip (saw on hotels.com). I got a room at the best western on the intercoastal and they were fantasic and welcoming.
My reservation was cx'd when I didnt call them to let them know I was not going to arrive the first night (My flight was cx;d but why would I call them whey I PREPAID for my room!! No compensation-no solution. Was left on a business trip away from my collegues to fend for myselfs. None of us will be returning.

I am on my last day here at the resort. Initially, I wanted to give it 5 stars as I was very happy the first day here (booked 4 nights). Location is very nice and rooms are very pretty and clean. I had a massage the first day which seemed to exacerbate a problem in my neck and back. I was in extreme pain the following day and had to go to urgent care. I did not have a car, therefore, had to Uber to urgent care, pharmacy and back to resort. Not the hotel’s problem, however , I was taken aback by the fact that the concierge called me as she knew how upset I was, asked me if they could get me dinner for my room, I said, yes, please , something easy like ginger
Ale and chicken nuggets. Got the meal and was given a charge for it. Keeping in mind that I was spending approx $750 per night ( with tax etc) a $20.00 bill is insignificant, however, it does show the mentality of this resort, very cheap and will charge for everything. Also, the spa was made aware that I was in extreme pain and still charged me for the service. Honestly, I
Find that unacceptable as I was in pain for the remainder of my stay. The people who work here try very hard; wait staff, pool/ beach people, etc. They deserve major kudos. I gather it is the management’s
Policy to make sure that every penny is accounted for. FYI, my total
Bill to date is $3600. (Food, that spa service, etc). I think if I were them, I would have tried a bit harder to accomodate a guest. I was sincerely hoping this would become
My go-to hotel here in Florida.

I would rate the experience as average for the price. At those prices one would expect a higher-end experience and updated rooms with a decent view. The lobby and check in were great. As were the friendly ,helpful staff. Be prepared to pay extra each day for the " resort fee" and the mandated valet parking as they have no self- park option. At the pool bar expect to pay $ 30-35 for two frozen drinks. The beach is nice however limited in space due to the rocky landforms right in front of the beach.

We have just arrived for a 5 night stay and have gotten off to a very rocky start. I would not chose to stay here again based on our experience so far and if you have a choice, I'd suggest you look elsewhere. The property is older and showing wear but that is sometimes okay if the service and amenities compensate for that. Our room has not a single glass/plastic cup with which to brush your teeth and when we requested a couple of glasses and a couple of plastic cups, two glass beer glasses were delivered to us and that was all. We again returned to reception about it and were given paper cups.. The refrigerator in our room was BARELY cooler than room temperature it seemed so the staff replaced it with a brand new refrigerator. That refrigerator is also barely cool at all. Basically non-functional. No extra blankets in the room. We were told that because of Covid, we would only receive housekeeping after the 3rd night....yet no financial offset for this decrease in service although the hotel is certainly saving on personnel costs. Our "premium" partial ocean view room does have a lovely ocean view but it is offset by the extremely loud, relentless noise from the rooftop HVAC systems several floors below us. ALL we hear is HVAC noise!!! My husband said to put in my earplugs when I am outside! The "balcony" is approximately 30" deep and has two little straight back chairs. Cleanliness is an issue within the room. We are sorry that we chose this property for a 5 night stay!!

For more than eight years, several of us senior citizens enjoyed a weekly lunch at the Jupiter resort and then played bridge. The restaurant was never full and we didn’t prevent any turning of tables.

Over the past 18 months during renovations, we were moved from the back rooms to the lobby, eating and playing through sledgehammers and drills.

Today, upon the reopening of the restaurant, we were informed that we could play at the bar, but the restaurant was reserved for residents. Regular servers, hostesses and others whom we have known for years declined to make eye contact with us.

The bar was inappropriate for bridge.

Our lunch was served grudgingly. Hamburgers were cold and undercooked. When this was pointed out to MaryGrace, she responded that the kitchen makes burgers one way. Now I understand that this is policy at McDonald’s, Burger King and Five Guys but have never been to a restaurant beyond that fast food style that didn’t inquire how you wanted your meat cooked.
In addition, upon arrival, we were told that valet parking was obligatory at $5. Now there are many restaurants which require valet parking, but few so crass as to put an amount on it. In addition, the former valet staff who were always more than pleasant were nowhere to be seen. They were replaced by a younger staff. To be generous, they were inept. After a 10 to 15 minute wait, one of our party’s cars was brought up and deposited roughly 100 meters away and the valet pointed it out to her. I personally had to make a nuisance of myself as the valet with my ticket busied himself elsewhere.

Had we been informed last week that we were no longer welcome, we would have been disappointed. But that would have been the professional, not to say kind thing to do. Policies change. However being treated in such a shabby manner today was unwarranted, unprofessional, ageist and rude.

We will not return, which I understand was the establishment’s point. However, the manner in which the message was delivered was beneath contempt.

Lovely location hotel w nice modern rooms. Was celebrating our anniversary and we were kindly upgraded to a high floor room. Champagne and cookies upon check-in was a nice touch. Pool bar service was great and dinner at Latitudes was phenomenal. Live music at pool was great. Only small suggestions would be to extend breakfast hours on a Sunday past 11am (or include items in lunch menu to be able to offer brunch). Also it’s cool for Florida standards, would have enjoyed the fire table to be activated in the evening. But those are just small wish list items. The hotel is great and definitely would return and recommend to others.
