We are a 20 Unit Facility with 13 Efficiency Units and 7 One Bed Room Apartment Units. All of our units have Queen size beds with memory foam mattress and are NON SMOKING.We have a Heated Swimming Pool, Gas BBQ's, Laundry Facilities, a Chickee Hut, Fire Pit with fire wood, Free WiFi and Bicycles for your use. We are PET FRIENDLY and all our units are super clean and fresh with tile floors. We are centrally located between down town Jensen Beach and Stuart. We are within minutes to area beaches, golf courses, two Martin County Parks one of which is located on the Indian River with a fishing pier and a boat ramp plus a sail center with boat rentals. We are a great option for SPRING TRAINING at both Jupiter and Port St. Lucie. We are Owner - Operators, we will go the extra mile to insure your stay is enjoyable, comfortable and relaxing. We work hard at earning your repeat business!!
I've been going to Jensen Beach annually for years and have stayed at a few places but I hit the jackpot with this place.... As soon as you pull into the drive way you immediately feel at ease....the decor both inside & out is soothing & inviting. The tiki area is gorgeous & the pool is crystal clear. The rooms are very clean & stocked with kitchen supplies. There is an ice maker & washers & dryers & bicycles & games & the list goes on....Fact is this place is an absolute gem...I'm sure it wouldn't be for not the owners-Nancy & Fran. Whether passing through town for a few days or organizing a fun filled event with friends & family, this is the perfect place for you!!

This was our first stay at the Park View Motel and it surely won't be our last. We were comfortable from the day we arrived. Our room was just perfect - functional, clean, and close to the heated pool. We were able to do a little cooking in our kitchen, too. Our family enjoyed swimming, horseshoes, relaxing, an evening fire, and even live music one night. I highly recommend this motel. We were close to everything we needed, too.

This newly renovated motel was a great find for the cost. The staff was extremely helpful, fulfilling our every request. The grounds are very pleasant with a large chickie complete with seating areas, large gas grills & lots of ambience. Make sure to sit out by the fire pit for an extra special relaxing evening. Our room was spotless and they were pet friendly.

horribly managed, poorly maintained, old, outdated, overpriced rooms. There are also large cockroaches in these rooms which I killed before leaving to a real hotel. it looks like they do absolutely nothing in these decrepit rooms in terms of updates.

Very kind, helpful and generous owners. It was very peaceful which we enjoyed. It is in the perfect place to where you do not have to travel for anything. The pool area was clean and relaxing. The children loved the pool!! The tiki hut was a great area to enjoy a nice lunch and dinner cooked on the grill and spend time with the family. I would recommend Park View to anyone. Overall I enjoyed my weekend stay there and I am very please with everything. I thank Nancy and her husband for their generosity and helpfulness. I look forward to coming back and staying longer.

My husband and I just spent 3 nights at this charming little oasis that doesn't miss a trick. From the clean and spacious 1 bedroom to the cool outside tiki hut, fully equipped with a grill, smoker and TV. Fran and Nancy Wilson have created a retro motel that keeps on giving. We enjoyed our comfortable beds and quiet evenings. There's a beautiful heated pool, bikes, horse shoes and brand new laundry facilities. It's summer camp for all ages centrally located in Jensen Beach, approximately 3 miles to downtown Stuart. One of the fun moments we shared with Fran and Nancy was an impromptu barbecue. We loved it so much that we are already planning our next family reunion there this summer.

My husband and I spent 2 weeks here and found it to be an amazing place to stay. Our efficiency suite was roomy,clean well maintanced and the owners were very friendly and accommodating. Oh I should also mention that the rooms were bright and relaxing. After my first night Nancy asked if I slept well. I told her we had spoiled ourselves at home with a new King size bed. She proceeded to tell me I could have one here if I wanted. So upon returning to our room there sat a Kings size bed ( two twin singles made into a King ). Thanks Nancy it was great. We are back home now and missing all the sunshine and smiling faces. We hope to return next year. Thanks for the great holiday accommodations Nancy and Fran. The Livingstones

We were in town for a Geocaching event and It was also our 4 year wedding anniversary. What a Lovely place. The room was so bright, cheery and clean, it had everything you needed for your stay, A huge new refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, everything you need to cook a meal. Plenty of pillows, blankets and towels. Free wi-fi and a nice big TV. The decor made you feel like you were right on the beach. There is a huge heated pool a beautiful tiki hut with lots of seating everywhere and a fire pit. We really enjoyed our stay here and we will definitely return here!!

My husband & I had an unexpected over-night in the area (Oct 28th) and got the info about this motel from Tripadvisor on my iPhone.....
We arrived about 6pm but no-one was about so we rang the number on the door and Nancy & her husband Fran arrived within several minutes and Nancy booked us in immediately.
We enjoyed a great nights sleep in Number 14....it was a shame it was for one night only.
It is a nice place, run by a nice couple and we loved it
Opposite the Park View is a nice family Italian restaurant owned by Trish, The Paradise....we had the best pizza & tiramisu that we have easten in a long time.
All in all, a great visit to Jensen Beach, Florida.

"All the rooms seem to be pretty good, some I think are being remodeled and the air is central rather than wall units, but everything was clean and just fine!"
