See Part 1 (submitted previously) 5. Many of the Employees RUDE (but not their fault....fish stink from the head as the cliche goes). Employees gives an attitude when you ask them for something that your disturbing them or inconveniencing them...LAZY, UNMOTIVATED, UNFRIENDLY. When you cant even change the mind of staff member by tipping them generously then you know there is a problem. There are 3 Employees that stand out so I gather they maybe severly overworked and are tired. Its not possible that the General Manager is a rookie with Zero hotel skills.......hiring practise questionable. Ediy - Housekeeper Very Good Bergena - Housekeeper Good one Front Desk employee good All others POOR including the guy that works the front Desk Ive stayed here for over 6 Months because Im a CANCER PATIENT and the treatment center is nearby.....I learned today that they have partnership with Cancer Society. I wouldnt wish this "hell" on anyone especially going thru this horrific ordeal. STAYING at this property will only exacerbates your symptoms. Because of the Stress of staying here I have to see a heart specialist. It should NEVER be this difficult!!! Hospitality is not complicated its tynocratis in the business that complicates it with poor choices of excessive and riduclus policies like not permitted to place a DO NOT DISTURB sign on your door. The property removed the one I placed on my door since they do NOT provide one. I was advised that it was against hotel policy to put it on the door. It was removed by a staff member while I was at the hospital and sternly told upon returning NOT to put it on the door again. I called for the Manager to explain this crazy policy. Im STILL waiting its been at least two Months now. I also called for the Manager to report that Im being bitten by Fleas and Ticks at night when I try to sleep. STILL WAITING FOR Jamie to call me. This property has the signs of a failing hotel and most likely ( in my opinion) to go into bankrupcy within the next few months.
