Close to FLL airport.
Free shuttle to FLL- comes every hour from 4AM till 1AM. Can request a shuttle to Miami airport but there is a charge associated with this.
Good pool.
Soft beds.
Free breakfast- very basic but at least it is available.
Cons:
Housekeeping will knock on door to ask when guest are leaving. Housekeeping needs to coordinate with front desk for this information instead of disturbing guest.
Front desk staff does not have access to pool towels if housekeeping is not there as well. Had to use room towels for pool.
But we were pleasantly surprised to find a typical midrange chain property. The only issues we had, a burnt out bedside light and a missing washcloth, were both promptly and cheerfully resolved by housekeeping.
We'd for sure come back.
An aside - if you arrive late, forget uber and lyft. They are hard to find and charge the same rate as the taxi meter rate, taxis being easy to find.
Shower was very weak and the water barely got hot (warm-ish at best). I talked to the front desk about it and they were aware of the problem, but it was never fixed.
We were there during Hurricane Milton, which did not affect the area at all. Because of the “severe weather” that was happening miles away (we didn’t even get rain during the hurricane) , the hotel paused housekeeping services for the “safety of their staff”. One thing has nothing to do with the other! We asked for an exception and they said the staff would enter the room and take out the trash. That’s it. The housekeeping staff was there but did not do the work.
Standard breakfast, I missed having pastries.
The hotel is mediocre at best and even if you’re platinum elite and do pre-check in and keyless, you’ll still wait for your room and a key!
I would suggest going elsewhere for breakfast as it’s sub par and too many people are handling the food. One elevator was out of service and there was no ice machine working on our floor.
I would have expected better but understand that a lot of people come and go in this area. I won’t be picking this hotel again for 1 night stay pre-cruise.
Here is the skinny on our stay. One night flew in to Fort Lauderdale to catch an early flight out the next morning to Puerto Rico. The main reason for choosing this hotel were two very important factors. The price for the night was reasonable. It wasn't cheap but it wasn't expensive and let's be real you don't want cheap in the event of things not clean, shuttle issues, room issues, the list could go on and on when you go cheap.... and you don't need expensive for a place to crash for less than 24 hours but we all want clean and safe. That's what we got here. The next best amenity is they have a 24 hour shuttle to and from Fort Lauderdale airport to the hotel. Hello that in it's self saves $50.00 bucks in Uber rides, approximately depending on day and time. We waited less than 2 minutes for the shuttle. Pretty awesome.
The hotel was clean, the front desk associate courteous, the shuttle and driver exceptional, we got a good nights sleep and headed on to the rest of our vacation.

Chose this hotel because it was reasonably priced and included complimentary airport shuttle and was close to port Everglades. This was a one night pre cruise stay. Overall good stay just some minor issues. Room are clean but A/C unit was very loud and you couldn’t turn off fan (I tried turning the system off to no avail). They were supposed to have a market well they did but a lot was sold out and the vending machines were sold out as well. Hairdryer was falling off the wall I guess nobody has told them about it but I will on checkout. Had to jiggle the handle to get the toilet to flush properly. As I said minor issues that no one may have reported. I would give this property another shot in the future

"Very convenient to the cruise port. A shuttle is available for $20 per person. Free shuttle from airport to hotel."Read full review
