Absolutely gorgeous home. It was totally renovated after a fire and as a result everything is pristine new. So although it has the charm of an old mansion it has all the modern amenities. The owners Olga and Dimitry are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a delicious

The house has been restored (about 10 years ago) to a very high standard throughout. The new owners, Dimitry and Olga, are rightly proud of it and encouraged us to wander wherever we wanted (unoccupied rooms were left open). Breakfasts were delicious (and huge!) and the house is

Rooms are pristine, house is amazing, and the breakfast is as good as it gets. The new innkeepers are very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Location within walking distance of historic downtown was a plus. Great place to stay for a concert in Hartford - just a short

Not sure, the main rooms at the second floor has only one bed, but they had other rooms that I had not checked on it. Please feel free to e-mail or talk to the keepers thru their website. They are awesome persons and will give you all answers you need. Sorry for not being of too much help

i can only speak to the one in the jane robbins room. It is spacious and very clean. It has an old fashion stand alone tub as well as an enclosed fully tiled shower with glass door. The shower has both a water fall type shower head and an adjustable hand held shower head. They operate independent of each other. The shower is average size so if you have special needs then it may be an issue. Also it is single (sink) vanity. Finally there are several half baths/powder room throughout the house. Speaking of needs they have a great elevator should stairs be in an issue (all the bedroom are on the second floor)

regarding availability I know its open year round and the decorate extensively for the seasons but you'll have check with the owners. The town is "sleepy" (in a good sense) so if I had to guess it should be. Same goes with being pet friendly. Since it was non-consideration for us. Prices are a flat rate. They vary by room and can be found on the web site. For whatever it's worth, I travel ALLOT for business and in my opinion for what you get and considering the area (northeast USA) the prices are fair and worth it.
