Detailed Reviews
Great location - stunning views, excellent white sandy beach and some patches of coral which make for great snorkelling. Overall we had a great very relaxing few days there but the resort was let down somewhat by the very average rooms and lack of finishing touches as well as some poorly trained and unhelpful staff. This resort caters for the local market and most visitors take and cook their own food and make their own entertainment. The resort will cook food that you buy yourself and we had some superb meals for next to nothing by buying freshly caught fish locally (p150 per kilo for blue marlin or tuna!) and getting it cooked by the resort.
Recommend but do not expect luxury and be prepared for practically self-catering. Btw - no wi-if so you can forget your phones and communication with the outside world and enjoy as spectacular a piece of coastline as you will get anywhere in he Philippines and relax totally!

We heard about this resort having white sand but we got disappointed. When we got here in the Easter weekend, the resort was full. Our VIP room was not made up yet. But the VIP room was a let down as it was below average shower room. We roamed around and look for halo-halo but to our disappointment again, no ice available. The beach is calm so this is not the place to surf and not ready for foreign visitors as other visitors brought their own food to cook, So if you just go there, thinking you can order, you have to pre-order so they can market. One thing good here is that they offer night entertainment.

weary souls craving to recharge with a doze of vitamin sea.
dinadiawan beach is a 6+hrs drive from manila on paved and twisty roads.
heard of this place in aurora from a friend, the waves are calmer, the sand whiter and calmer than that of baler.
we stayed in agri beach resort, and booked an A/C room as we didn't look for accommodations till the last minute. luckily they have an available room that day. if you're feeling a little rustic and would be willing to rough it up a bit, they also offer tents that you can use during your stay.
the room is pretty bare with 2 double beds, an ensuite bathroom with water heater. it also comes with an extra mattress just in case you come in a bigger group. they also provided some toiletries but no towels. did i say free plated breakfast comes with the booking?
reading reviews for this area would almost always advise to bring your own food as restaurants are far in between and the market is a few KMs away. Agri beach has its own resto but prices are sky high.
since we didn't really come prepared we opted to explore the town which is about 5mins drive from the resort, it has several rolling stores and local eateries to choose from. food there is cheaper and you can stock up on your beer or refreshments.
overall the experience is quite satisfying, and just hit the right spot in recharging you for the work week ahead.
if you are looking to unplug from the chaotic metro, you should give dinadiawan a shot.

Dinadiawan Agri Beach Resort is located right after the bridge, making it a little bit of a challenge passing through the gate with a full parking area. Parking is limited and easily gets filled up especially during weekends. There is no wifi/internet connection and mobile connection sometimes fluctuates.
The rooms are spacious with a balcony. There is no hot shower and you have to request for room service for cleaning up the room. There is a ph700 corkage for food and drinks but many of the locals are willing to pay to cook their own food.
The lone function hall (good for 50pax) is non-airconditioned with only one comfort room (separate for male and female). You have to request for toilet paper as they dont provide one inside the toilet rooms.
You need to carry your own bags and stuff from the reception area to your rooms as they dont have staff to help you with that.
All meals serve in the restaurant are good for 5pax and priced at Ph500/dish. Drinking water is not provided. Beer is priced at ph60/can.
Apart from the beach, the resort has an area for beach volleyball, kayaking and jet ski (ph1,500/15min).

went with family and friends.
good things:
1.nice beach
2.affordable room rates
3.friendly staff / care takers ( except a girl from reception)
4.honest staff they returned my money found in my pants when i availed of their laundry service
bad things:
1. they dont know how to handle double bookings they made. They will inconvenience one party to give way to the other party. They wanted us to transfer room very late at night with kids asleep and with our many luggage/ things with us. Very inconsiderate, To think we were there all the time and it was late at night that they found out they made a double booking. Worst they wanted me to pay additional for the wrong room they gave.
2.very expensive laundry service ( without dryer) 60 pesos /piece of clothing
3.expensive food at the restaurant
4. no food choice for breakfast they will just serve whatever is available for them.
5. VIP ROOM has a very small surplus tv set
6. worn out beddings
7. no faucet for foot wash at the hotel

nothing fancy but good for family bonding, place is quiet and peaceful, wide white sand beach (sand quality is perfect for sandcastles), clear trash-free water, nice depth (not too deep, not too shallow), friendly staff

We visited this resort only to rent a bongaloo for a while, get some tan and swim in a calm water. If you want to spend time in a calm place, rent kayaks and explore the beach i recommend you this resort. There is a bar, special opened bungaloos to relax and eat.
Sea is crystal and beach is clean and white

beach was fine but not too crazy about it, the hotel is so pricey when the rooms are not that great, the bathroom sucks, they have a shower with so very weak water pressure best to use pail and dipper and no divider between the toilet and shower when we occupied a VIP room, duh! so when you shower the entire bathroom is wet!!!!!!!!!!! bed is small and so as the room.
food is pricey too, an order of chicken bbq is 500 pesos!!!!!!!!!!!!! the price is not so worth it with food and hotel room, im not coming back to this hotel ever again;

I may be a local to the place so the road trip going there I would not call a feat. About an hour and a half away from the province’ capital Baler, one can take the winding but concrete road via a public bus, van or rented tricycle. I did take the van from the public market at 200 pesos one-way and guard from the resort managed to score me a tricycle ride back home which cost me half of van price. Sea is visible from the road to the resort so prepare your fast-capturing cameras if you want to keep on file the surrounding mountains and another famous beach in Dipaculao – Ampere Beach.
Coming from the Baler, Agri Beach is farthest resort on the beach strip but based on my observation, it was also the most popular, probably because it seems to have most amenities – including a convenience store and 24/7 bar (local beer Pale Pilsen at around Php50 while a soda can at Php35). Cooked meals are not available but you can grill / cook your own or ask them to cook for you for a fee. Water is also calmer at this part of the strip and sand more stable and less rocky.
For day and overnight trips, one may choose from airconditioned or fan rooms or open cottages. I travelled solo and since their tent rental option at Php600 for one good for 6 people is not available, I took the 1200 fan room for 2. Cottage more expensive at Php1500. Room is pretty basic (no toiletries, with shower but no hot option) and towels are for rent at Php50. They also charge extra for additional blankets and pillows. As for size, it can accommodate more than two but they charge extra at 200 per head. For those more game to camp though, their cheapest option is to pitch your own tent at Php250.

Going there is very challenging, winding roads around the mountains of Aurora to a small barangay of Dinadiawan in Dipaculao. The beach view on the side is perfect, perfect for driving your stress away like me. The sand is whitish gold, darker when wet, a bit like Bolinao, Pangasinan. The hotel are awesome, incredibly good for its price, P1800 for a private airconditioned hut with cable TV and hot/cold water. There are no activities however in this resort, no surfing, jetski whatsoever. Just you, the beach and the nature. But it perfectly serves our need of a place secluded, relaxing and so beautiful.
We've actually been there 2x now. And were planning to go there again next month to unwind and enjoy this beautiful place. It so worth it.
