We only stayed at The Sebastian one night, but loved every minute of it. The hotel is in the perfect location to walk all around Vail Village easily. My wife's office had a retreat in Vail and spouses were allowed to go. We stayed at the Sebastian. The hotel one of the prettiest places I had ever seen. It was rustic but with very modern accomodations. The view of the Rockies from the hotel was breathtaking. The people were so pleasant and helpful it made the stay that much better. The room, we had a suite, was beyond description with very comfortable surroundings and a very comfortable bed. The hotel itself is situated downtown and is well within walking distance of shops and restaurants. When we have the chance to return, the Sebastian will be our hotel of choice.

Great stay but the staff make the Sebastian stand out. Victor from valet is great and was super helpful. The ski valet is a great touch as well, makes things very easy to hit the slopes. I will be staying here again.

A lovely place to stay for a winter weekend getaway. Spacious common areas, including a beautiful library. Fantastic location in the center of Vail Village with access to boutiques and small restaurants. Excellent service! A special thank you to Coleman and Sarah S. for their help with my many inquiries.

I traveled to Vail alone and stayed at The Sebastian for a few nights. I snowboarded everyday and stored my board and boots at Base Camp, which was great. I would’ve liked to try the restaurants at the hotel, but they were all closed due to Covid, which isn’t the fault of the hotel, obviously. The only other thing I would’ve liked, is if the property had a good specialty coffee shop. Partially, because I’m lazy in the morning and didn’t want to walk a few blocks to get coffee (there are 2 good coffee shops in town, by the wag), but I think a specialty coffee shop located at the property would do very well if it was on the Main Street side of the property. Overall, great property, great location and great people.
