We stayed here because of summerfrolic2015! *super enjoyed* Firstly, the rooms were clean, spacious, with air conditioner, with no hot and cold shower and the owner/staff who accommodated us were easy to communicate with through text messaging. Since we were coming from GenSanCity, we had to travel and we checked in late and we didn't pay any downpayment to reserve the rooms. When we got there they were nice to us and we negotiated the price first since we were originally only 5 persons and we had additional 3 friends with us. We paid 650 per room (good for 2px), 50 pesos for additional person in the room and 200 for an extra mattress. Generally, we enjoyed our stay here however, we didn't like that they get into our rooms when we were gone. Since you have to leave your keys in the front desk and in their rules and guidelines, it is said there that you have to turn off all stuff that consume electricity (so we did but when we got back all the lights were open) and they can check the rooms if you have done so. We were just so surprised at this since in all the time we had traveled and stayed in different places, this is a first time we experienced this. Nothing was lost or touched to our knowledge but we just didn't like the fact that they went into our room when we were gone.
