I Went to this place last August 15,2020 with my Fiance and her friends (we are 6 in total). We paid a room for 2 already in advance. But due to the rude and inconsiderate staff of the resort, we transferred to another nearby resort, which had way more better Service and amenities. FYI: we begged for even JUST 50% refund for our paid room which we didn’t use at all. We even suggested to JUST sell our available room to other walk in customers, so that the room we paid for was not wasted, but the staff won’t even allow us for that. We even suggested to pay for additional fees JUST to setup one Little tent for our 4 other friends, so that their things would be kept there safe and paid again for another cottage for overnight so that they can accomodate our 4 friends. But still the staff didn’t allow US. That is why we JUST left the place and transferred to a more reasonable resort with Good staff that can easily be talked to.

Worst place I have been, so far. I’ve been to 45 countries and countless resorts/hostels and this one is by far the worst one. Paid reservation but had to talk for 2 days because they don’t understand anything at all. They reserved 2 rooms less and said the others can stay in dorm, when we got there dorm was fully booked & some of us ended up staying in tents. Accommodation wise, rooms are dark, old and too small. We also had to wait for our tents because the front desk didn’t know which tents they were. No noise regulation too, they don’t care if guests are too loud around the rooms and it disturbs the other guests in the middle of the night that are sleeping. Wouldn’t stay here ever again & will always be recommending this place but the other way around, “DO NOT STAY IN DAHICAN SURF RESORT”

I cannot really give a thorough review because it was only a day trip. The Beach is clean and the waves are truly for first time surfers. I a.m not a surfer. They allow you to cook using their kitchen stuff and they dont charge any corkage. Entrance fee is only 100.00 per Head. The smoothie bar served great stuff though. All fresh! Great for day trip.

Rates were cheaper compared to other beachfront properties in Dahican. Service though is not that good though especially in ordering food. Area is clean and ambience is good. Not the best but not one of the worse, either.

We took a day trip to Mati and decided to stay here. Entry is 100php/head but you can bring your own food and cook using the common area. The shacks sell drinks and food at reasonable prices, though, in case you want to buy food there instead. The surf resort reminds you that the ocean is your happy place. :)
