We stayed here 4th of July weekend.Right off the main street, so easy to walk to downtown. Nice pool. Shady spots. Good place to relax. Friendly staff. They hosted a nice 4th of july BBQ Definitely would stay here again.

We stayed here for two nights! U can walk to downtown Montrose if u would like to. A lot of full time "campers". They have a strict policy that it's to be quiet between 10-7/8. And boy, it was! Great hook ups elec/water Cute lil...More

The staff was so friendly when we called for a reservation. Got to the park and had a very quick check in process. Beautiful tree's (but nice and trim so they didn't rub on our coach) and grass between each camp site with nice picnic...More
