Stayed here for 8 nights in Room 211 on May 2018.

The room was pretty standard in size. There was a closet but it was small and not enough wire hangers. The bed was foam mattress and there were no comforters. AC was also small - a 0.5 HP window type. Floor was tiled. Bathroom as OK but the shower heaters were old and the water pressure not so good.

Food in the restaurant is good but not amazing - mostly simple Filipino dishes. But the portions are generous and the prices very affordable. Staff were friendly but it was obvious that they lacked proper training. The guard at the door acted and looked like a typical small-town Filipino security guard - relaxed, inattentive, tired, and shabby. Pool could not be used as it was horribly dirty.

Overall, a good hotel to stay for business trips in this very provincial part of the Philippines. It is in a small town so don't expect too much.

Nice and clean Hotel, but it's very old. The Hotel needs renovating big time. The Hotel staff is friendly, and helpful. The room we stay at was clean but the water wasn't good in the bathroom. Also did not have any coffee and tea facilities, that was disappointing. I will come back one day, and I hope the hotel gets a make over.

Check the pool and all the water quality, bring own food and refreshments. The people are nice and they provide good service, thing is others have better facilities and more things to do. But if you are looking for somewhere to spend the night.

I stayed here numerous times while visiting relatives. The hotel is clean, the workers are friendly, and the food/drinks are reasonable. The pool is also nice. The last time I was there, the manager allowed me to use her office computer to print my airline boarding passes. This is definitely going above and beyond in customer service in my opinion. The last two times, "Nicole" gave my wife in-room manicure/pedicures. I love this hotel! One last thing, the french fries are addictive!

My family and I stayed for a week while visiting family. We stayed in the "VIP" suite. The hotel has so much potential but unfortunately, is not being kept and updated like it should. Our room had many issues. The first night, our toilet had black water and would not flush. We called the front desk and the maintenance guy fixed it. The water pressure and temperature in the shower were not very consistent. Also, we order so much room service every day because the food was good. We even ordered so much room service one day so we could have my wife's family over for dinner. The security guards were helpful and nice too. The front desk staff could use some training on customer service. This is disappointing as we never had issues with customer service in the past. On one occasion, I asked the front desk staff if it was possible to pay a fee to have guests use the pool. She gave me a person rate and I agreed to it. An hour later, they put up a sign that said "pool closed due to cleaning". I truly think they did this because I was going to have family visit there. I am not sure their logic as the hotel was practically empty and we order so much food from restaurant. Also, the creepy dude at the front desk at night has said off-color things to my wife on this trip and in the past. This is unprofessional and unacceptable.

The housekeeping lady always seemed to be in a bad mood (at least until I have her 100 pesos). The "bed" was a think foam mattress with a sheet and extremely thin blanket. No extra sheets or comforters provided. This made sleeping uncomfortable. The pillows were so small that they reminding me of airline pillows.

In conclusion, we may or may not return due to the bad customer service and declining facilities. The only plus is that the food is still excellent. They seem to cater more to special events like birthday parties than in-house guests. We were so uncomfortable that we did not stay our last night (even though we paid for it) and left at 3pm for Dipolog, where we stayed at a comfortable hotel.

The hotel is old. I think this hotel was once the best in the city. However, it's good enough to sleep. The room seemed old. I even took the suite. It was big and had a dining table. They have a pool, and a disco bar downstairs.

The restaurant takes too long to serve their food. Some of the staff are unmotivated. They're not rude, but they're not pleasant either.
