Never ever again will I step foot in this hotel. The room reeked of Lysol spray that was trying to cover up smoke or throw up. It was so chemically that we left the door to the room open most of the time.
The bathroom reeked of urine and there was mold on shower ceiling. Overall the room wasn’t cleaned well at all either.
The side and back of the hotel look like skid row and while I can’t confirm this, it had the appearance of homeless people living in the rooms for extended stays.
Also, there’s no breakfast at all, despite it being advertised on the website and the reader board out front of the hotel. The front desk said the owner got rid of breakfast to save money and increase profits. I’m sure they listed the no breakfast part somewhere in fine print at the bottom of some webpage, but it seemed very bait and switch to me.

Regardless, I’ll never ever be lured in by the price point and general clarion reputation again. This is the worst of the worst I’ve ever stayed in and it’s obvious the ownership doesn’t care. They’ll just keep stacking their cash as they lure in unsuspecting customers.

I had a graduation party at this hotel 15 years ago.... i believe at the time it was a Holiday Inn and the experience was fantastic. Fast forward to 6/18/21 i rented a room for my family to get out of town for Father's day and go swimming. Checked in to a poolside room checked back out within 5 minutes. There was a 3 inch burn in the comforter, room was totally not vacuumed, bathroom had napkins stuffed in vent and there was mold covering the bathroom ceiling. The sketchiness of the area/parking lot/ people around the property is a whole other story. There was a camper in the parking lot that had clearly been there for sometime. Graffiti that was clearly being ignored. Do not stay here!!!! I have no idea how this is a choice hotel property. This place needs condemned.

They upped their prices because of college graduation first off, and then we get there and the room is filled with bed bugs, clearly the sheets weren’t washed. They offer us another room and the new room ALSO had bed bugs, absolutely gross, and I still haven’t received a refund. I left at 2am and had to sleep in my car. DO NO GO HERE.

This place was absolute dump! There obviously have not been any updates for decades. I was not able to dead bolt my rooms door and because of all the hopeless and street people hanging around this was critical to do so. The mattress had blood stains on it and there was something hanging from the ceiling over my bed. Drapes in all rooms were old and torn and the place looked like a homeless camp. I did not stay longer than it took me to find another hotel. To see the full extent of this dump you need to zoom in the pictures and look around.

Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life and I’ve traveled the world many times. What bag luck I had in choosing this disgusting place. I stayed 6 days and 5 nights. Not one time was my room cleaned or anything replenished including linens and towels. Disgusting.
No stars. Stay away from this place.

I want to prefacd this by saying I have never left a negative review in my life. BUT at 330AM I was woken up to someone trying to break into my room because the front desk gave someone else the keys to the same room. After I was startled awake by the couple incessantly banging on my door and trying to force it open (luckily I had it latched), I received two calls between 330-4am from the front desk to validate my info and to “check” if someone was in fact staying in the room. In the morning, I went to the front desk to notify them about what happened the night before and the assistant manager seemed disinterested and said she would have the manager of the hotel call during the week (which he never did). She would not give me her name so I asked for the manager’s number to call as back up. I was given the incorrect number. I have never felt that unsafe anywhere and have never had such an overall negative experience staying somewhere.

We booked a room 5 weeks prior to visiting. We paid in full for the room as a member of the Choice membership program.
We checked in and the Room had no curtains and the Drug addicts out side on the bikes told us how to open the door.
We went back to the management and they said this is all we have and NOT REFUNDS.
Sorry, This is Wrong!!

The WIFI is fast and very clean rooms. We love the poolside rooms because you feel like you are in a jungle. I was checked in on September 27 by DeeAnn and she was amazing. Very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Absolutely the most unprofessional business I’ve ever been to. The systems were down and the only thing the front desk lady said is “I can’t help you” she then proceeds to deny me entry (had a terrible attitude from the second I walked in) and also denied me a refund. Took me 151 dollars and wouldn’t let me check in. Very unprofessional. I’ve never heard anything like this ever

I’m pretty sure the buffet is available every morning, but call the hotel directly to be sure. Our bathroom was very clean, well maintained and updated. The toilet and tub/shower are in a room separate from the sink - which worked well for us.
