We chose this hotel, which was $20.00 more a night than others in the area, because the breakfast was included, but what we got was a bagged breakfast of a granola bar, a small bottle of water and a piece of fruit. Internet was unavailable, and the front desk staff was new to the area and couldn't give advice about restaurants nearby. I won't assume that Wyndham means quality in the future, but will investigate each property carefully.

This traveler will not stay at this location again until renovations done. Redeemed points for reduced cost of room. Wasn’t worth the loss of points or reduced cost of room. Disappointed in hotel.
Staff were great! Friendly and accommodating. Unfortunate for them this review isn’t higher due to this being out of their control.
1st floor room took 20 minutes to heat water for showers. Unit only has shower and no bathtub for smaller children to take their baths. Room temperature controls are on window unit and temps are either too hot or too cold. Carpeting needs to be removed. Musty smell despite housekeeping efforts to vacuum and clean.

We were very tired from being on the road all day and found this hotel to be decent especially for the price. Only downfall was no eggs or bacon and the non smoking room smelled like smoke. We were too tired to have them switch our room which I'm sure they would have been happy to do for us!

I sincerely apologize that their was an issue regarding the odor in your room. We are a 100 percent smoke free property so that definitely not should not have been an issue. Several issues occurred with my stay. From not initially being able check in due to the fact that no one had released any rooms in the computer as being cleaned (was an hour after the allowed check in time before I even arrived at the hotel); to not having a working phone at any time in my room despite telling front desk staff 3 times; tried to report noise disturbance on my first night but as noted my room phone did not work so I then attempted to call the front desk using my cell phone and received a message that the mailbox I was trying to reach was full; did not receive housekeeping service throughout my entire stay; was offered a breakfast 'snack' bag instead of the continental breakfast noted on the website; rooms are more dated than the pics on the website portray. While the location was convenient for why I was there; there are plenty of other options in the same area at the same price point that I will most definitely consider for future visits which will be frequent as my child will be attending CSU.

This place is a dump. After being forced to fork over a $100 damage and smoke deposit, we were given a room that reeked of smoke, I mean like recently and really bad. The gal at the desk was great and moved us to another room This one, also smelled of smoke but mild so we did not bitch. However, it had big holes in the wall that were not done recently, and obviously, this place has had little maintenance recently. I went back to the nice gal and asked that she add this damage to my folio so we would not be blamed and charged or have to fight a behemoth corporation and this post soon after check-in is proof. Stay away until it is renovated.

My decision to stay here was based on other similar budget hotels I have stayed. They were clean and had basic amenities. Unfortunately, this are of Fort Collins is right off of I-25. I feel badly for the people who work there, because I know they are trying to work. However, the management of Wyndam should visit and provide training on cleanliness ( we were not given to soap, upon asking, they did not have any). The hotel is worn down and dirty and the area is reported to host the homeless population, and then several families stay to sleep, bath and wash clothing (W/D) on-site. Maybe they used all of the soap, because the only toiletry items provided were conditioner and lotion ( about 1 tablespoon of each). With the Wyndam name, I though I would be able to make it, but not a good choice. I did attempt to wash my hand in the lobby bathroom, so sad, it was out of order. Unsafe and unsanitary. Please do not risk your time and trip on this hot mess!

Baymont was going through rough times with loss of most there cleaning staff and they still managed to make sure everyone was taken care of. Made sure everyone was comfortable with very clean rooms and have everything they need. Korrie is truly a hard worker dedicated to making sure this place stays running very smoothly and that it's guest are very comfortable, as is the rest of the staff!!

Looks nice when you initially walk in to lobby…rooms are outdated and there is no attention to detail.
Quickly found burn holes in the sheets.

This hotel is a little old but is a great location and place to stay overnight. With 3 restaurants within a very short walking distance and easy freeway acess it is great for travelers. Rooms are very comfortable and bedding is great. Rooms are a little small and parking a little limited. There is no breakfast offered but price point is good. Overall I would recommend this location

I had booked this hotel for just an overnight because my son was graduating from CSU. Upon arrival my hotel was canceled due to a flood in the hotel. We canceled the hotel and I was given a cancelation confirmation. Two days later I noticed I was still charged for the hotel room. I have made repeated calls and sent email in order to get a refund and have had no luck at all with any form of communication. I do not recommend staying at this hotel at all.
