Absolutely filthy and poorly maintained. Weeds everywhere, filthy dumpsters near rooms, rooms filthy. Broken sliding door. See photos. Considering many of these motels had little occupancy during the pandemic maybe they should have performed a little maintenance.

The building is need of maintenance and a good general refresh. Our beds were comfortable. But if we hadn't been so tired, I would have not chosen this location. It just looks run down in general. Old armchairs sitting on the walkway that you need to take to get to your rooms. Hallways desperately need to be painted.

The bathtub leaked in the first room we checked into, we called down to the front desk and was told they would call us back...never received a phone call. The next morning, the carpet was soaked halfway to the bed and the room smelled musty. We went down to the front desk and told them of the issue and they moved us to a different room.
We stayed there for 6 nights, and had to ask the maid to take out our trash and replace our towels & replenish toiletries. They didn't seem to be bothered with the minute details of their job.
Just a few of the front desk staff was helpful, it seemed like if you checked in to the Clarion side, they paid a bit more attention to you.
The dining staff at the restaurant was extremely helpful. The one night we ate there, there were just two gentlemen working and they did everything with a smile.

Don't be fooled by the pictures online. This is one of the dirtiest hotels my wife and I have ever stayed at with this hotel chain. Normally, Quality Inn is a fairly decent hotel to stay at. Not this one. When we arrived, I went into check in, and there was a short wait, and the desk area was well-maintained. However, as soon as we begin, walking down the hallway to the hotel room, the carpeting in the hallway was filthy, and there was quite a bit of debris. After entering the room, there was no carpeting, but the floors were dirty. The baseboards in the hotel room were falling off, and the bathroom was in ill repair. even the towels were showing yellowing.

At check-in, there was a gentleman that returned to the desk as I was checking, in who complained that the room he had been assigned, was already occupied. This turned out to be a forewarning for my wife and myself, because at 1:45 AM, my wife and I were awakened when an employee tried to enter our room. When I got up to open the door, the woman standing there, said she was very sorry, she was told that room was vacant. This seems to be a trend at this particular hotel.

I have been a member of Choice Hotels for 23 years, and generally, I am very satisfied with the hotels I have stayed at. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever been too!! There were stains on the floor and couch. The headboard on the bed had cloth on it that was ripped. All the tables were messed up. The walls had paint chips all over. The window was about 12 inches up from the floor with no screen that opened all the way where if a kid got it opened they could easily fall out. The only reason I stayed is because we booked through a third party so they wouldn’t refund the money.

Our first stay at this property was this past weekend, 5/29/2021. It was also our last.
The lobby and check in areas were clean and pleasant. The walk to our room was also pleasant. Then, we opened the door to our room and it was not pleasant at all.

The door security latch fell off. The door frame looked like someone had pried it open. The carpet in the hallway by the door was soaking wet.

The light switch did not control any lights.

The desk had cigarette burns, water stains, bubbles in the finish. The sofa had a big area where apparently there had been a fire.

The door to the bath had blue tape around some of the edges.

No waste basket for the room.

Floor baseboards in the bathroom had either mold or mud in several places.

We wanted to check right back ot.

But we were tired and it was a stormy night. After rolling the mattress and box springs and NOT finding any bed bugs, we decided to gut it out and leave as early as possible the next morning.

Next morning went to take a shower and had to wash away 2 spiders in the tub.

Got dressed and while walking to our car we saw trash, over grown weeds, broken curbs, a basketball hoop laying on it's side. The ugliest view was of two stuffed chairs and a pile of clothes sitting outside of a room.

Holy cow! I enjoy writing good reviews and this is the first negative one since 2007 when we joined Choice Privileges. I've had the urge once or twice before but this hotel needs to be identified for what it is.

Some one from the corporate office needs to jump on a plane and visit this dump. It is an embarrassment to the corporation.

Managed to get a good deal at the desk as I hadn’t booked online. From outside , reception and pool area property looks dreary . Don’t let that fool you , staff are very friendly
Room was clean bed comfortable and exceptionally quite , other guests also seemed friendly .
I did not try their breakfast as I left at 3AM , but there is a 24hr Waffle House 1 minutes away.
Young man at reception was highly attentive and very friendly. I asked for best route to Salt Lake he recommended a scenic route (good to have local people working with local knowledge) after I left and pulled into get gas I realised I did not have my phone , I called them and they search everywhere including parking lot.
Who could ask for more.

Well done to all .

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We took a loss and went to a hotel much further from this area. There was caution tape on multiple doors and elevators. They had people living in their cars on property and people spray painting and doing drugs outside of where I parked my car. Do not stay at this establishment. I will never stay with quality inn again. This hotel does not comply with rules and regulations. I am a previous hotel manager and am just appalled by this property. I got another hotel at the SpringHill Suites— highly highly recommend them!!

Get a 1 star only because we were refunded. Needed a room just to get some rest. Booked without reading reviews like I usually would. Won't happen again!

Entered room with bathroom lights on, couch cushions disrupted, door security latch broken, and odor in the room. Bed looked clean enough to tolerate as we needed rest. Used bathroom only to find blood splatter all over the walls! Left room, went to front desk and said thanks but no thanks (offered another room)! We left without refunded, but received after phone call the next day.

Terrible hotel. Had two rooms, both smelled bad, a/c didn’t work in either room, talked to front desk, Malale, she was rude and unhelpful. She didn’t care! She was also rude to two other guests in front of me in line.
Rooms weren’t clean, and very old and outdated.
Will not advise this hotel!
The morning front desk people were super nice! But Makale does not need to be a manager and certainly doesn’t need be at the front desk!
Don’t stay here!
