This hotel is wonderful! It’s clean & inviting. The best gem about this hotel is the staff because that’s what makes it 5 stars! Sabrina at check in took wonderful care of us even though we got in much later than expected. She made check in effortless & took care of all the details. Thank you! At breakfast the next morning Destiny went out of her way to meet everyone’s needs. It had been a busy morning but you couldn’t tell in the level of care & attention she gave each guest. The only negative is with the Hilton brand itself & the cutbacks they have made to their breakfast & benefits for their loyal members. Despite that, this hotel is one of the best Hiltons around because of their staff & the extra effort they put into making this hotel outstanding! We will definitely be back just for how amazing they are!!!!

The beds were uncomfortable, they ran out of clean towels and with high price for the room a Continetal breakfast should have been included. I did not notice anything different about the cleanliness as the hotel provided communal coffee where all the guest had access. The rooms were average. I travel often and would probably not book here again as the cost was too high and I would get the same amenities at a Best Western.

We stayed her during CSU Family weekend, and I did appreciate the little touches they did to make it CSU Family Friendly. I understand the costs were higher because of the demand but this place wasn't near worth the $300 a night we paid. The bed was squeaky, and the bedding was tough and not warm at all. The room was just an average standard room no bells or whistles. I don't think I would choose to stay here next time we come to Fort Collins. I asked them to verify the credit card on file before checking us out and the lady forgot and checked us out while I was standing there and didn't verify so then it took 20 mins to change the credit card which was charged, I'm still waiting to verify I didn't get charged 3 times.

I understand they don't want to undercut the restaurant but a minimal grab and go continental breakfast wouldn't be too much to ask.
Currently asking $8.95 for that option.
Over all had a nice stay and we appreciate that its pet friendly.

Second time staying here. don’t bother with digital key had trouble getting it to work both times. It opened the back door but couldn’t open room door even after 4 trips from fourth floor. Room is fine quiet area bed was comfy. Bathroom has motion lights so no possibility of not turning them on when you get up during the night.

Quality location. Staff is professional and helpful, and the product meets Hilton standards. Breakfast was excellent and out early. We would recommend this location to any traveler or tourist in the area. Several nice dining locations within walking distance.

We have stayed here three times. The first time was when we came to tour CSU. The second time was when we moved our daughter in. The third time was last week when we came to visit for her 18th birthday.
Until our last visit, this would have been where we stayed every time we come to FoCo. We like the location, with Gib's bagel across the parking lot and lots of stores and restaurants just across Harmony. The lobby is spacious for when I want to go read in the evenings for some quiet time.
Last Friday night, I was walking around our room around 8:45 and I received a call from the front desk that the people below us had complained about noise from our room. Noise? I was walking. It was early. Really? I felt like I had to tiptoe around the room the rest of our trip there.
The next night, I was out later than the rest of our party, and when I arrived back a little after 11pm, there was a group of girls around 11-12 who were having a party. They were in the hallway, shrieking and going in and out of their room, slamming the door. My husband said that they had been doing that for at least an hour before I arrive, and were even running up and down the hallway. They appeared to be unsupervised.
Wanting to make sure we slept, I called the front desk around 11:30. They were aware of the situation and were trying to find the parent.
So I'm chastised for walking at 8:45 at night, but kids can go unchecked until almost midnight?
I don't think we will be back.

This hotel was very clean and smelled great the moment you walk in. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby has free coffee with flavored creamer and a little snack area. My stay was very relaxing!

I’m used to having a complementary breakfast at Hilton Inns. (Also other equivalent properties) Breakfast was $15.00 at this property. The rest of the family members in our group were also disappointed. I understand that this is a new trend in the Fort Collins area.

My wife and I, both of who enjoy Fort Collins as a hip town to spend special weekends, opted to stay at the Fort Collins Hilton Garden Inn as our choice for a getaway for our anniversary. We chose Garden Inn for its established reputation for quality and high standards. The hotel is clean and well presented which is not part of my complaint. My issue concerns the beds. Our room (I assume others are the same) consisted of a bed built onto a homemade platform that was rigged with plywood. Much to our dismay, the bed groaned and creaked loudly given any movement whatsoever. Our mini honeymoon plan was to enjoy the room, as any couple would desire. But the rigged bed platform created so much noise that it served as a big distraction to our festivities. Once we settled down to sleep, the mattress was firm to the extent that we fidgeted and the bed continued to groan and creak all night. Very strange indeed and I expected more from the Garden Inn brand. There are numerous hotel choices in Fort Collins - I recommend an alternative choice for your stay.
