This is an excellent Quality Inn. Because it is located along the Front Range it is pretty expensive. I rate my room as excellent. The staff is accommodating too. It was very quiet. The breakfast is ordinary Quality Inn fare which I find acceptable.

I've stayed at this location one time before, decided to give it a shot again. It was pretty much the same, but ask for a room on the front side of the hotel. The back has train tracks next to the parking lot, the trains are not loud, maybe due to better soundproofing on the backside. The room was big and comfortable, but the bathroom had peeling wallpaper in the shower area and the faucet for the tub was no secured, it flopped back and forth in the wall. The pool and hot tub were open by reservation only. Each room could get a 30 minute time reserved and then there was a 15 minute window where the staff would clean and sterilize the area. I didn't do breakfast, it was a bagged breakfast with water, a protein bar, and fruit. All in all, the stay was good. Staff was friendly and pleasant.

We were in Ft. Collins for only 24 hours due to the closure of CSU and a need to move our daughter out of student housing. We weren't in the room long, but it appeared to be mostly clean (a little light maintenance needed in the bathroom, but nothing gross) and the beds were comfortable. Double room also included pull-out couch, which made for a very spacious room, though we didn't need the space.

I didn't notice the usual overnight train noise that is customary throughout Fort Collins, so that must mean the windows are fairly well insulated and the bed comfortable as the trains didn't wake me up several times like they usually do when we're in town.

Desk staff was very nice and helpful, though we weren't able to partake of the customary free breakfast due to the Coronavirus mess. That was a bummer - an idea would have been to make up a to-go bag with a water or juice, wrapped muffin, etc. instead?

Hotel is older, however Clean, could use some updating in sound proofing and bedding (mattresses). the AC worked great in the 100 degree summer temps + limited Bkft due to Covid 19 expected.
This hotel is just off the main college ave (busy st) and rail-line (not bad though), easy access to anywhere within walking to assortment of dining options.
Tina at Front desk is so very helpful!.

Disappointed that rates in 2020 have increased even though one does not get a full breakfast now.
I have stayed 17 times here and my rate was usually $81.81 and only 4 times was the cost higher ($98.26 - 8/7/2016, 8/11/2016, 10/24/2016, 11/9/2016) and that was because I missed adding my LPVH or LMED Booking/Discount code.
Just checked credit card and it appears that you charged $114.98 on August 24th and they obviously reduced charge to $99.27 when I challenged them.
I'll use Priceline next time!

We had to pick up our student at CSU at the last minute, due to the corona virus. We appreciated that the hotel did not raise the rates, knowing that parents would be picking up students. We always try to stay at this property because the staff is always wonderful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is great as well.

I stayed here for one night as I had an early morning meeting and with snow in the forecast, I didn't want to be driving on bad roads at 6am. The hotel was fine. Pleasant staff. Clean, large room. My room was right at the top of the stairs above the lobby, and it was a bit noisy in the morning -- but I only heard the noise when I turned off my white noise app on my phone. Otherwise, it was quiet. Fine for the price.

After making a reservation directly with the front desk over the phone, I called later to make sure the bed would have freshly laundered linens, etc. To my surprise I was told the mattress pads are NOT cleaned between guests and they are following "industry standards". To their credit they did offer to try and change out the mattress pad before arrival but I didn't want to take a chance so cancelled the reservation. This makes me wonder what else they consider "industry standards" not to clean between guests. I called the Hilton down the block where they told me "industry standard" or not, everything is cleaned at the Hilton and stayed there instead.

The beds are so comfortable! And the pillows & comforters never lose their fluffiness. Makes for a great night's sleep. The train can be a bit noisy on the back side of the motel, but they didn't keep us awake as we're used to train noise at home. The motel provides ear plugs though if you're bothered by noises. Otherwise, it's a very quiet motel on a nice street.

Because of the corona virus you will no longer have room cleaning, breakfast, pool, spa, gym,, yet you will pay full price.

It is important for your health that you be denied what you paid for.

Have a wonderful day.

We have stayed at this Quality Inn several times and train noise has never been a problem. It’s a commuter train that uses the tracks rather than a freight train.
