Brian was a great clerk.. Easy check in. The beds are memory type and every so comfortable! No food available, but doordash was available. Convenient location and as disabled people we were given the ground floor! Quiet and serene!

One of my rare 5 star reviews. I don't give it lightly, I'm a stickler for customer service and professionalism. Not only does this place have that, in spades, but the rooms are AMAZING. Large, roomy, comfortable; two sinks, even in a King room. A handy, beautifully made custom counter in the bathroom for all things hygiene was a pleasant surprise... That would have been enough, except the fan actually works, and well. That was great but then I noticed the cute, unobtrusive, yet superbly thoughtful night light set low in the wall by the toilet. The tub was clean enough, I opted for a bath. I've been traveling for over 90 days now, not a single night at home this entire time. Often sleeping in my car during long drives along the west coast. What a treat. Ample closet space, lovely sheers (the drape color is a bit yellow for my taste, but compliments the interior well), and a winning bathroom. It gets better! A fitness center, pool, and hot tub (sadly closed due to COVID) make me more than willing to return to this hidden gem again and again. Shout out to Dave, who seems to work 24/7... Having been a hotelier myself, I appreciate the drive some folks have for this industry. Dave has it. I had called the night of arrival to arrange my usual top floor, quiet location requests. I am a Diamond Member of the Wyndham Rewards program. Dave is the FIRST employee of any Wyndham property to acknowledge my membership, let alone to seem to understand what my tier-level indicates and the perks it includes. I was thanked for being a member (as I should be each time) my requests were not only met but exceeded, and Dave took the time to turn the heat up a notch in my room so it was warm upon arrival. The room was killer by itself. Dave sealed the deal. The young lady at the desk this morning was equally delightful and helpful. This is a win-win. You've made a loyal man of me, Days Inn Durango. I will be back.

This hotel had one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on including beds at home. It was very clean, convenient to the community, had a very good shower. Due to Covid-19 we were unable to have a breakfast at this hotel, although they advertise a breakfast on Hotels.com. We would stay at this hotel again without question.

We stayed here for 5 days during our trip to Durango. The rooms were very comfortable. Liked the bathroom setup. Had a mirror and sink in the bathroom and another sink and mirror just outside of the bathroom. Two people could easily get ready in the mornings at the same time. All the staff were extremely friendly

Stayed at this location for two nights. Was pleasantly surprised upon checking in that the rooms had been recently updated with new carpets and memory foam beds. While the bathroom was a bit outdated it was clean and in good repair. It was nice that there was a sink in the actual bathroom as well as a sink and mirror just outside of the bath/shower.
