Review of the hotel only as we did not use the casino.

Overall, very nice rooms, naturally quite expensive but you get premium quality rooms. Spacious and lovely design, good quality linen and extremely powerful shower. The room was very clean upon check in.

Staff are all very friendly, from car park security, entrance staff to breakfast buffet staff.

Some areas felt a bit run down. E.g. the rooftop gardens were either under construction or gutted. They would have been nice areas to relax in the evening if done up properly.

The breakfast buffet was unfortunately below average in terms of quality. Lots of the meats were tough. The variety was good but taste was not there. Limited beverage selection and cheap bendy cutlery.

Ordered a coffee at the cafe and it took 1hr for a coffee to arrive as they forgot our order and it was cold when arrived instead of being remade fresh.

Cigar lounge was nice and again the staff were excellent. 2 free welcome drinks and a fun ambiance. We ordered some M5 wagyu whilst in the lounge as a treat.

Overall surroundings were nice and quiet as it's a little way off the main road. Plenty of parking.

We've been to Midori a lot of times, but it is our first time to use the pool. It was definitely the cleanest pool I ever used. The water is Crisp and Clear and does not smell of any chemicals. Totally Clean! Another reason for the family to stay again and again in Midori.

From the greetings of its staff to the facilities of the hotel, everything about Midori is worth every peso we spent staying here. The lobby is very welcoming. Its just like a home's living room where one is always welcomed as a valued guest.I would go and stay at Midori everytime an opportunity presents itself. Breakfast is awesome, with my favorite cheeses always served. And the dining staff are so attentive to our needs. What more can we ask for?

We've been patronizing Midori since they launched their hotel. Every year except when the pandemic hit we were there to rest/enjoy. We loved their hotel to the point that we recommend it with friends. We love to spend our time there though there are lots of new hotels in Clark.

This time, I am disappointed on how they treat my family there.

We availed the promo this November for Midori Suite 18,800 which includes accommodation for 4persons, 4 Hotpot Dinner and 4 Breakfast Buffet.

Knowing that the package was good for 4, as the promotion stated we expected that the room amenities were good for 4 also.
The promo is good for 4 persons but they can only provide 1mini shampoo, 1mini conditioner, 2mini shower gels for bath tub. 1cotton pad, 2pc cotton buds, 1showercap)
Requesting for extra toiletries and laundry bag have an extra charge.

To think that the promo is for Midori Suite valued for ₱50k per night not worth it.

Actually, the laundry bag is not in the room but you can request... Only 1 laundry bag per room is allowed. We had a hard time asking for items that we need like blankets and towels which we bargained a lot just for them to give.

Room service took so long! We waited for an hour for a blanket then we request for another laundry bag but they didn't bother to update us that they couldn't provide because of their strict rules now. We waited for another hour and just eat dinner because we couldn't wait for it any longer.

Followed up our request and complained about the promo and they gave us plastic bags to compensate.

Customer service should be improve, telling us that since we just availed the promo for the suite means we cannot request for additionals were not right.

You should do your promotion well by providing the same service and amenities like regular price one. Do not do promotion and decrease the benefits/inclusion for your clients.

Be generous.

Midori is one of the more expensive hotel in Clark. The room did not disappoint as the room was well appointed and the outdoor bathtub is a nice touch, but that's the only nice thing you can expect

1. Simply requesting for a bucket of ice is an ordeal as it will take more than an hour. It is faster to bring the bucket yourself and get in the restaurant

2. The breakfast and dinner buffet is terrible. They do not honor the reservation and it takes forever for them to refill the food

3. Room service = no service as no one answers the phone. It took 2 hours for our orders to arrive. A slice of cake that we ordered never arrived

4. For such a high end hotel its bad taste to use toiletries from Aqua Planet

If you just want to stay in a nice room then Midori is for you but just dine outside and it will save you the stress

I stayed in this hotel with my sister. We booked a deluxe room. We stayed before and loved it. The room did not disappoint. However service was not great. Parking was terrible and as hotel guests we were not even prioritized when their main parking was full. We were made to walk 10 mins down the road to park our car when the vip parking was practically empty. There was no valet service at the time to make things worse. We used the swimming pool and could not order food or drinks by the pool. We were told we needed to go inside to order at the cafe. Who wants to do that in wet clothes? I told the staff at the reception about my concerns not even an apology. Very disappointing. I don’t know what happened but it seems their service disappeared when Covid came along.

They told us to get in line before getting in but once they accommodate the guests for 8pm, the people that are not in line are getting first before us, for the Php 2750 per person the way they manage the people in order is very disappointing (also the people that go first that are not in proper line are so disappointing thinking that you afford to pay to eat here but you can’t follow simple rule and displaying such behavior 🫠).

Also the price is not worth it for the things you can eat here, the tomahawk is not that delicious and the lobster is like just ok, and also the time we get there, the ice cream for dessert I think just lasts for 30 mins and they don’t refill it also there are food that are so limited like salmon and other viands, I did not even take a taste of lechon.

After our experience I think the vloggers are just overreacting for their vlog here. In the end there is no particular food that manages me to remember its good taste and all are just meh or just the same taste in other buffet restaurants that offers more variety of food in just under Php 1k

Three days, 2 nights stay at Midori Suite Clark Philippines is one of the best hotel experiences for my family, ever!

I appreciate the whole staff who have accommodated all my frivolous requests, the extra special amenities, the bathtub that is meant to be seen, the whole wall view of the historic Mount Pinatubo Volcano, the modern architectural space, the zen art all around the walkway, the relaxing vibe, delicious unsweetened cakes, the international menu buffet you can lavish until 2 pm, and for the special arrangement of Norman John Manalac our account manager for our daughter's 18th birthday.
The whole experience is exciting for my family and for all our guests.  We are not regulars in hotels, we only check-in when there are special milestone for our family, but not to brag, I can compare our few hotel experiences, our stay in Midori Suite at Hotel 31 in New York, I think Midori Clark  is far more superior than our hotel experience in NY.

Our feeling of excitement and ease with Midori Suite is the same when we were at Caesar Palace  Las Vegas. I have experience with Chancellor Hotel on Union Square in San Francisco and Midori Suite Clark stay is far excellent.  Thank you  again Norman John Manalac of Midori for the ultimate hotel experience.

This by far is the worst hotel we stayed in. There is no customer service. All their employees are disgruntled, from the front desk ladies to their servers. If you enjoy serving yourself , this is the hotel for you! You’ll be disappointed specially with the price and get such awful food and service. No sense of customer service. Their employees don’t realize it’s the hotel guests that pay their salary. No wonder this hotel is almost empty compared to other hotels. We should have stayed at Swissôtel across the street. Big mistake, I’m glad we only stayed here for 3 nights.

I asked the receptionist once if beds of all rooms are really just single beds and they just connect them if you want a bigger one, he said yes. My 2nd visit though, they placed a thicker duvet so you won't feel the edges. As to crib, I have requested and they provided. It's not adjustable so pretty low for the baby to sleep but high enough for him to stand up.

Im sure it has but not sure the estimated capacity and the cosg per person. The last time i was there there was am ongoing wedding reception at one of the function halls. You may inquire at their lobby help desk..
