We booked a 2 bedroom suite (4 adults and 1 child) the room only came with 2 towels, when we asked for extra ones, the staff insisted that the standard per room is only 2 towels even for a 2 bedroom suite. That is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Same thing with the room keys. Bathrooms are outdated and a safety hazatd due to the lack of a light in the main shower and the shower door doesn't close. You'd be better off staying somewhere else. I do not recommend this place.

CONTRACT IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE CUSTOMER’S SATISFACTION AND HAPPINESS! WHERE IS THE HOSPITALITY? HOTEL IS NOT FLEXIBLE WITH THE ARRANEGEMENTS AND NOT IN ANY WAT CUSTOMER FOCUS. VERY STRICT. NOT ADVISABLE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A FUN AND ENJOYABLE TRAINING EXPERIENCE!

One cannot feel it's a casino hotel but a family friendly. All staff's are very courteous. Service is immediate. There are service people all around at anytime. Even the breakfast buffet is excellent. Highly recommended for business and family.

We gave this hotel a chance for us to experience. Checking in was a little bit frustrating because we waited for an hour to be accomodated to our room. While the other person who just check in, already gave their keys to their room right away thats why im so annoyed. If i didn’t saw it, they will let us wait for so long. Our room has 2 bedroom and a living room. It’s clean and neat. Service is fast but they should provide pitcher with water instead of giving out bottled water which is not environmental friendly. Location is nice, it’s near Puregold and along the highway. We hadnt sleep that much because we can hear the cars passing through outside. Gym is only open at 4 pm until 8 pm which is weird. Swimming pool area has lack of shades. No trees or plants or beach beds. Lack of tables and chairs. Its boring. Its only open until 7 pm. The nice part is that they have a restaurant beside the pool where they serve delicious barbeque. I guess the pool is also close every Monday which is not good. Breakfast buffet has lots of choices for its price but just ordinary tasting. There’s a small casino below the lobby. Parking is not a problem.

Needed a reasonably priced hotel in Clark Freeport and tried the Xenia. It’s an older hotel slightly rundown exterior but was surprised at the nice lobby and nice Resturant. The lobby staff was very nice and friendly. We got there early but said we would get the next available room. They made several recommendations for local restaurants for lunch. They checked us in and said it would be ready when we got back which it was. Lick I said, it is older but the room was clean and had nice amenities. We used the pool. Nothing fancy but it was well kept and the pool boy was friendly, got us towels and set us up with a shady spot. Nice guy and you could see he liked his job. The Resturant had a very nice breakfast buffet and the Resturant was very nice. Would recommend the option. Not the host modern hotel but very reasonable and good value.

All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating so no complaints with them really. Plenty of parking in the basement. Breakfast selection was ok, would have been great if there was bacon. Lots of meat dishes though so carnivores should be ok. Their pizza is tasty except for the crust, it's the frozen Bambi cracker style crust which kind of cheapened the overall flavor. We got upgraded to a junior suite on the 7th floor which was nice and roomy, however the furniture felt really grimy and dirty, especially the couch and chairs. Thankfully the sheets were new. Mattress is on the older side so quite lumpy. Also they said no pets allowed but they actually have long term tenants with pets, so don't be surprised to hear barking every now and then.

We are staying Xenia Hotel at 3/10 days quarantine. Great customer service, the staff was accommodating to requests of food and amenities. While the cost of the hotel is relatively cheap comparing to others in the area, I wished they could have added more value to the cost if they maintained and kept the area cleaner than it is. Our room had a leaking aircon, mold in tile grout, towels with wear and tear, and shower with hard water stains. Food was alright and decent. It seems they used 2nd hand Korean furnishings. If you are looking for a budget quarantine hotel, it's fine but some of these issues don't bother you. To the hotel management, please raise your standard for cleanliness and maintenance to the property because there is so much potential.

First: Please note that our stay was During the Covid Pandemic so the hotel was not at full capacity, some amenities such as pool and gym were closed and they only offered a limited dining menu so with that said this is my review Reserving was fairly easy, I opted to directly contact them via Facebook and they did offer me a deal no other portal would provide. With the deal we end up staying 4 nights/5 days. They provided us the one bedroom suite which was fairly big and had a balcony. The place was clean, air con was cool in both room and living space and the bathroom . Internet speed were good but we did have issues with connection from time to time. They did provide toiletries and bottled water. There is also a safe in the closet. The TV provide a good amount of channels Breakfast was delivered to the room. There was no choices but was decent. They did have a spa that opened from 4pm daily and a bbq resto that was actually really good . Parking is plenty and it’s indoor. There are plenty of restaurants in the area as well. Overall their service was exceptional from the rep, Ms K (full name withheld) from reservation , the front desk at check in and check out and room service. Security is ample so you are safe Great Stay and I recommend it
