We are staying Xenia Hotel at 3/10 days quarantine. Great customer service, the staff was accommodating to requests of food and amenities. While the cost of the hotel is relatively cheap comparing to others in the area, I wished they could have added more value to the cost if they maintained and kept the area cleaner than it is. Our room had a leaking aircon, mold in tile grout, towels with wear and tear, and shower with hard water stains. Food was alright and decent. It seems they used 2nd hand Korean furnishings. If you are looking for a budget quarantine hotel, it's fine but some of these issues don't bother you. To the hotel management, please raise your standard for cleanliness and maintenance to the property because there is so much potential.

First: Please note that our stay was During the Covid Pandemic so the hotel was not at full capacity, some amenities such as pool and gym were closed and they only offered a limited dining menu so with that said this is my review

Reserving was fairly easy, I opted to directly contact them via Facebook and they did offer me a deal no other portal would provide. With the deal we end up staying 4 nights/5 days.

They provided us the one bedroom suite which was fairly big and had a balcony. The place was clean, air con was cool in both room and living space and the bathroom . Internet speed were good but we did have issues with connection from time to time. They did provide toiletries and bottled water. There is also a safe in the closet. The TV provide a good amount of channels

Breakfast was delivered to the room. There was no choices but was decent.

They did have a spa that opened from 4pm daily and a bbq resto that was actually really good .

Parking is plenty and it’s indoor.

There are plenty of restaurants in the area as well.

Overall their service was exceptional from the rep, Ms K (full name withheld) from reservation , the front desk at check in and check out and room service. Security is ample so you are safe

Great Stay and I recommend it

We gave this hotel a chance for us to experience. Checking in was a little bit frustrating because we waited for an hour to be accomodated to our room. While the other person who just check in, already gave their keys to their room right away thats why im so annoyed. If i didn’t saw it, they will let us wait for so long. Our room has 2 bedroom and a living room. It’s clean and neat. Service is fast but they should provide pitcher with water instead of giving out bottled water which is not environmental friendly. Location is nice, it’s near Puregold and along the highway. We hadnt sleep that much because we can hear the cars passing through outside. Gym is only open at 4 pm until 8 pm which is weird. Swimming pool area has lack of shades. No trees or plants or beach beds. Lack of tables and chairs. Its boring. Its only open until 7 pm. The nice part is that they have a restaurant beside the pool where they serve delicious barbeque. I guess the pool is also close every Monday which is not good. Breakfast buffet has lots of choices for its price but just ordinary tasting. There’s a small casino below the lobby. Parking is not a problem.

The location is just right in the middle of the freeport zone, just near the Dinosaurs Island and Clark International Speedway. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to go around as we were on a tight schedule on our tour.

The staff are accommodating and welcoming. Rooms are spacious and the hotel is very clean as a whole. We love the decors on the lobby.

The restaurant offers a variety of breakfast menu. There's an acoustic band playing at night too.

I would refer this hotel to my friends who will be coming to Clark

Our favorite hotel in Clark. Great value for money, accommodating staff, delicious breakfast buffet and airport transfer. Rooms are basic with basic amenities but surely it is very comfortable. We stay at Xenia every time we go to Pampanga or travel via Clark airport.

We booked a 2 bedroom suite (4 adults and 1 child) the room only came with 2 towels, when we asked for extra ones, the staff insisted that the standard per room is only 2 towels even for a 2 bedroom suite. That is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Same thing with the room keys. Bathrooms are outdated and a safety hazatd due to the lack of a light in the main shower and the shower door doesn't close. You'd be better off staying somewhere else. I do not recommend this place.

A two night staycation in Clark Angeles. Chose this hotel for its good reviews and did not disappoint us! From the Security personnel up to room services was a complete satisfaction for its hospitality and friendliness! We were upgraded to suite free of charge! The suite was so spacious clean and quiet with complete toiletries and water bottles! It has a fridge, safety box, kettle with complimentary coffees and creamers. Our suite has a partial view of the surrounding mountain and pool which is a plus! The included breakfast is a bonus with lots of Korean and Filipino foods as well as western dishes. Though the hotel was a bit old, it has a casino with a few goers but nonetheless it’s recommendable if you’re looking for a well priced accommodation in Clark!

Stayed with my husband and daughter. Room smells old and dirty. Shower head was not working. Water was leaking from shower. Aircon was not cold enough and room was dark and lacked proper lighting. Breakfast was descent. Over all NOT value for money stay.

This is a Casino hotel, for tourist and travelers to Angeles City - the first floor host the large casino. Design for those taking leisure to play and enjoy the vacation in Clark economic zone. It’s near the airport but way out of the main roadway.

The second floor lobby is elegant and spacious. The rooms are nice but I guess all come from China modular hotel rooms. Same feel during my stays in mainland China. Food are acceptable and good. Service needs to be improve. One of the few hotels I stayed asking for cash deposit, keeping you to wait to clear the room before you leave. It’s traditional hotel hospitality.

the hotel is under renovation, the next room to me was renovated and I heard nouses from moving furniture etc. The facilities are not properly maintained, cleanness is not prioritized by the staff, pool water has large particles of something, the tap sprinkles water in unpredicted directions, as well as the shower head was blocked. towels are big issue, since the room service did not change them regularly and forgot to provide them sometimes. I had to notify reception several times. my room was in 6th floor and two nights I had a crowd of people debating near the window mill at 4th floor under my windows. People were quire loud and that did not help to rest well. the best part of the xenia were security and the reception team. They are friendly and helpful.

There's plenty of room. I was in a 2 bedroom for 3 people. You'll have to check their website for the rates. I used Expedia to book my room.

Hi, I just had a wedding reception and stayed for 3 nights at Xenia hotel. The hotel is close the Clark airport near the puregold and parsons duty free shops. They have 1 - 2 bedroom suites. All I could say is their customer service is impeccable. From guest relation, sales, food and beverage staff, you get treated like a VIP. login to their websites for more details. Contact the hotel and ask for Ms. Kat Penuliar and she'll assist you with all the questions you have and current rates and availability. Sad to leave the place. Definitely will stay again when in the area.

Sorry, I don't know the answer for a monthly stay. Negotiate directly with them...I get everything in writing if you agree to their price. I like the place and I have no problem returning in the future. Not only is it a clean area, but very convenient to the Clark Airport... 5 minutes away! Lots of places to eat Western style foods too. Good Luck!
