We checked in on December 24 and I made reservation 3 weeks before and I stated that we are 4. Then when we checked in the setup for 4 persons was not yet done. The TV is busted, and today (CHRISTMAS DAY) the water from the aircons was dripping. The bidet cannot be off. My gosh, Christmas day away from home supposed to have R&R because of work and the stress of the pandemic and this is what we are experiencing. This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in. True, its an old hotel but at least they should prepare the rooms to be occupied are in good condition. So if you are planning to stay here PLEASE THINK A THOUSAND TIMES.

Judging from their fascination with old Hollywood movies gaudily painted all over their dark and musty ballroom, I'm betting their rooms are below-par as well. Good thing I followed my gut and had a nicer, more modern room in a nearby hotel.

This was a replacement accomodation given by Agoda as the original hotel that we booked was damaged from the earthquake. I didn't had the time to look for another hotel because they emailed us the same day we are flying out of Italy. So i just accepted the altenative option hotel. We arrived at the Stotsenberg Hotel Clark and I must say we are completely disgusted and unsatisfied to this property option. Toilet needs alot of improvements, you will hesitate to use it. Not even a paper roll was placed in the toilet, housekeeping said it is out of stock. Everything is old and dirty. Super ugly and used bath towels. Lift was not working as we have so many bags 2 staff needs to go up and down twice to carry our things. All the furnitures are stained specially the sofa, even the beddings are extremely old. 2 staff seating under the stairs were just playing with their phones, very unprofessional. Breakfast was ok. We decided to just check out and ask agoda for the remaining 3 nights for a refund. It was too uncomfortable for us. …

Pls think twice as this hotel is under renovation, we chose this as it is closest to airport. The rooms were clean though the restaurant is not at all good. Their Massage services are excellent, my wife and i were very satisfied.
