It is a good hotel located one road behind perimeter street. Pros 1) Walking distance to mini market, jipney station, wet market and food stalls. 2) The entertainment centre is within walking distance. 3) The front desk personnel are very friendly and helpful. 4) Rooms are clean. The room comes with complimentary water, kettle and simple bathroom utilities. 5) Breakfast is simple. Cons 1) The aircon was noisy. However, the housekeeping team quickly changed my room without much fuss. 2) Not many varieties for breakfast. It takes a while to be served (as they cook it fresh 3) The details of visiting guests were not recorded. Perhaps it would be good for the reception to take the details and call the room once the guests leave. 4) The hotel is located on one road behind perimeter street. Felt a bit uncomfortable when walking back late at night to the hotel. 5) Not much TV programme screened Overall, good hotel. Will stay there again.…
Lodge in December 24 , for two day stay in room 302 very confuse place...false advertise in meniu and transportation , no '' HOT WATER '' After the first night the front desk receptionist told me that I have to pay 500 pesos for stain on the sheet's bed ..I explain that was imposibil that i stain the sheet's. the house kipper bring the sheet's down and the quest from room 602 that was in the lobby recognized and accepted that was the sheet's from he's room..what ugly situation to be in front of many other guests,
Worst experience ever and I travel a lot for business. The first day I checked in 12" by 24" ceramic tiles fell off the bathroom walls hitting me in the head and shoulder. i checked the other tiles on the wall 5 to 6 tiles were loose just sitting there to fall at slightest vibration. This meant that these walls had not been cleaned in a long long time or the cleaning crew would have known these were loose. Was moved to another room. The bed sheets were white 10years ago. Now they were stained and disgusting. Bed was a lumpy spring bed. then to top it off the aircon was basically a fan no coolant. The next day they offered to move me again, Sorry but enough is enough moved to another hotel instead. They then refused to refund the remaining time i had booked to stay there. That should have been my first clue when they charged upfront for the 25 days i was booked to stay there. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL EVER.…
i stayed in the imperial hotel for a few days last week . the hotel was full on monday so i had to check out for one night and came back today tuesday the 25 0f september . i had breakfast every day which cost 100 peso . on my arrival back to the hotel today i asked if i could have breakfast at that rate . the reception directed me to the dining room and i had the breakfast . i was shocked when they presented with the bill . it was 100% more expensive which i was not happy about paying for exactly the same breakfast but for 200 peso . this should have been explained to me before i had the beakfast so this is a training issue for staff
I booked 1 deluxe room for only 1 night. The room is nice and clean. with complimentary 2 bottle water. But the set up of their towel is not complete, only Big 2 towels. I request face towel and bathmat, but they give me only bathmat. the receptionist said is not required to give face towel to the small room, only big rooms. if ever they give me, they will charge me. But the room is nice. but, I don't like the receptionist attitude.
Hotel not great but bearable. Will only clean or make up your room when you requested for it. Near all the entertainment outlet. Within walking distance to SM Mall. Not too far from nice golf courses. We played in Beverly and Pradera. Fantastic golf courses. Suggest to hire a van. Not expensive. Cost us Php16,000 for 5 days including airport transfer in Manila.
It is always easy to criticize or find something wrong when you stay in a place for 2 weeks. I will use this review as a overall package of what you get for the money you spend and with that in mind it is nearly impossible to beat the hotel in this town,. First of all, the location is awesome, closely located to the entertaining area ( within blocks either direction) and just blocks away from SM Mall. Still located on a quite street where you are away from the hustle and bustle. I opted for the Superior room, only a couple $$ more but much roomier with a refrigerator, water boiler, table and 2 chairs. The room is very clean and gets cleaned daily. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant has good food and a good price. Overall, for the price I paid, I was extremely happy with this hotel. If this review is helpful to you, then ,please , give it a thumbs up !…
I booked 2 Deluxe rooms and expecting a little upgraded room type since I usually only book standard or superior ones. In my mind, the reception area will give you an awesome view of the rooms.... what to expect. To my surprise... I was really surprised by how old and rundown the rooms are. Beds are cranky and noisy once you move. Shower area has black gutter and tiles are not clean ( I suggest that the hotel should use a bleach). The rooms are dark (because of the dim lights used). I requested a non-smoking room but the corridor smells like one even the rooms. Not a go to hotel for me. Never.
Our recent stay was our 4th one at this establishment. Suffice it to say that we were indeed disappointed on this visit, whereas our previous stays were overall good. Our biggest complaint is the level of competence of the staff. On other occasions we had been quite pleased with the friendliness and promptness of the reception reps and room service. This time we encountered some issues that were unacceptable. It is common at this hotel for the rooms not to be made up unless the guest specifically requests it. This means that drinking water can get depleted. On one morning I called the front desk to request water. They said they would tell the housekeeping staff to bring some to our room. 10 minutes later none had arrived so I called again. They said to wait. After 10 minutes more I called again. Same reply. Finally after waiting for 30 minutes I personally went to the lobby and spoke to the clerks. They said that they were still waiting for housekeeping to deliver the water. I let them know that they should have seen to it that the request was handled in a timely manner, even if it meant getting the water and bringing it to the room themselves. When we went down to breakfast another day we were handed menus. After reviewing the choices we asked for one, only to be told that they didn't have that item. We then requested another choice and amazingly were told they didn't have that either! Come'on people, it's breakfast, which by the way, is only served from 7:00am. The following day we were going out early and went to the hotel restaurant to ask for a cup of coffee. Many excuses later (coffee not made, resto not yet open, etc) we were told they would bring coffee to our room, for 60 pesos each cup. We said ok and asked for extra sugar and cream. We waited and finally the coffee arrived... cold, in paper cups!, with 3 sugar packets, and a tiny shot of milk. I asked the server for more sugar and some creamer. 10 minutes later she brought sugar, and creamer in a bowl. I ladled out a few scoops but of course it wouldn't melt in the cold coffee. She turned to leave and as she left the room she bumped the desk and powdered creamer spilled all over the floor and into my suitcase. She blurted out an exclamation but didn't miss a beat, just kept going, straight out the door. I ended up cleaning the mess up myself. A few other points to bear in mind; the one sole elevator is very slow, the restrooms are tiny and there is only a shower a sink and a toilet, no where to place toiletries around the sink. I used to like this small hotel, but probably won't ever return.…
Spent one night here when transiting through for a flight out of Clark yesterday morning. The Clark Imperial is just one street back from the main road. There's parking right out the front. The foyer of the hotel was very large and the staff were very quick and attentive. I booked an executive room which for just over $AUD40 I thought very well priced. The room itself wasn't large but quite adequate featuring a comfortable queen size bed, aircon, flat screen TV with cable channels. The room also had a small desk and a couple of chairs & a small refrigerator. the bathroom was a reasonable size, modern look sink and a shower with a large glassed surround. The hot water was plentiful and high pressure.
