It was a great and memorable 3-day stay. The room is spacious and the beds are comfortable. Melvin from room service was very pleasant and assisted us in the best way possible. The buffet breakfast and lunch in Mequeni restaurant was also good, with a variety of international and local cuisine. Aissie and Jhaybi provided top notch service during our breakfast and lunch. Overall, I would definitely go back to this Hotel.

Very posh, high-class hotel. I love the service, especially Jhaybi and Aissie. The nurse also gave me medicine for free. The food can be improved but it is good enough. In terms of hosting events, it is really prestigious.

Attended a 3-day conference and had a great time while at it. Lovely venue for a conference -- hotel was classy, charming, and calming. Points to Quest for providing requested extension cords before the conference. 5 stars for the food and service! SO to Jhaybi, Aissie & our guy at the Lebanese station of Mequeni for the wonderful service! They're ready with every request we have. Great job! :)

The servers in Mequeni are courteous and accommodating especially Jhaybi, Alisah and Aissa. Would like to be back here for next year’s conference. Food at Mequeni Restaurant were good. The rooms are big and very cozy.

Our trip to Clark was not totally planned as we already had reservation in Batangas, but due to the volcanic smog from the South, we had to change route last minute and luckily we were able to get 2 rooms! It was as an amazing redirection because Quest Plus Hotel has it all-- BEST location (walking distance from Clark Parade Grounds, restaurants and cafes), very very hospitable and helpful staff (all of them), clean and well-lit rooms, good food and drinks, affordable rooms (with breakfast). Cons: television is not a smart tv and has very limited shows; smell of bleach from the CR upon entry in one of the rooms we stayed in. Overall, we really enjoyed our trip and we will be back for sure! Thank you so much Quest Plus Hotel!

I think the hotel is really value for money because of the quality of service and facilities that they provide exceeded my expectations, especially if their rates are factored in. Our servers, Aissie and Jhaypy were also really helpful and attentive.
