The staff and employees are very respectful and accommodating especially the life guard John Paul and Daryl. Lagi sila nakabantay sa kids whenever the kids are in pool area. Very wonderful experience!

Swissotel LIFEGUARDS john paul and kelvin are very accommodating and ensures safety of the guests especially the kids. No worries when these guys are around. They even provided goggles and vest without even asking. Nice one!!

I stayed at the Swissotel hotel while on a business trip & took advantage of the breakfast buffet. The food was amazing, the staff was great (Ian) went above an beyond to ensure we had everything. Check it out if you are in town, prices are extremely reasonable for great service & food. I will be back in a few months.

I'm staying here with my family now. This place is really clean and comfortable. Among them, I especially like the swimming pool. John Paul, the pool guard, is very kind and does his job hard. I've been a friend and a guest since he was at the Widus Hotel.He has been taking good care of my little son and managing the swimming pool . 나는 지금 가족들과 이곳에 머무르고 있다. 이곳은 정말 깨끗하고 편하다. 그중에서도 특별히 수영장이 매우 마음에 든다. 수영장 가드인John Paul은 매우 친절하고 그의 일을 열심히 한다. 나는 그가 위더스 호텔에 있을때부터 친구이자 손님이다.그는 나의 어린 아들도 잘 돌봐주고 수영장 관리도 성실하게 해오고 있다.

Room are nice and clean, atrium was excellent view, breakfast variety are superb and delicious, our new favorite restaurant now are verona restaurant food are excellent from appetizer to dessert, service are super star, we also try at spice restaurant and food are quick and nice. Over all deserved a 5 star rating although it was new the staff was train properly
