Just returned from Manila, Pampanga and Zambales Philippines and although I still do not like the fact they walled up the cabana, Asian Greenville Resort really went out of their way to make my family and I feel very welcome this time.
I am very grateful that the boyish looking female manager was removed 5 months ago (as told to me by the staff). This trip was like a breath of fresh air.
Keep up the good work Asiana Resort!
Second photo is of Oxford Suite in Manila - the service was terrible! I have lived and worked in Seoul Korea for the last 4 years and would you believe they tried to accuse my wife and I of eating the instant ramen noodles in the room... ramen noodles! We live in a country where they make the stuff!
I was in the lobby and over heard a German customer in a heated discussion about them charging him twice. Beside the bell hops, the staff are unfriendly and rude, also book your stay through Best Western in the States or, they will over charge you. They've gone down in customer service!

Value for money. The place is like a 3-star hotel for less. The pool is good enough especially for kids. But breakfast really sucks so don't even go there to claim your free breakfast. Their "resto" is like a carinderia (local food store) and has no aircon. Overall, we enjoyed because our villa was big and comfortable.

I stay around 3months. If you talk to worker with smile. Really good person. And helping to you. And if you order food. Yes. With smile and your option talking to them. Even additional meat or vegi. They put more. Hahaha. Rest and relax place. Don't fotgot. Smile. Maybe service is more goooooood for you.

I've been going to Asiana greenville every year (sometimes 3 times a year) since 2008 and back then it was really nice and with a great staff.
They changed ownership @ 2012 and it has been downhill ever since. Remember the cabana with the bar by the swimming pool? Well, they've made it into an ugly colored building that blocks the entire view.
The staff are rude and I was basically told that they wish to only cater to Korean businessmen who go there to play golf. I tried booking a room and the female manager with the short hair refuse to accommodate my family because they are Filipinos, can you believe that!
After 7 years of patronage, I was racially slighted by the new management and I am still waiting for a response to my inquiry.

I still tell my travelling friends to chose Asian Green Ville, unique small villas accommodation. Stayed with my family and friends during the 7-11 800 Bike Race. They have a mini front lanai in each villa, a pantry with a big refrigerator, water heater and outlets. The rooms are large and each has separate spacious bathrooms inside. It's perfect relaxing place, and can bring in food. They have a pool and a bar. The price is affordable, a 7-11 outlet is just at the corner and a few meters away the Parade Grounds. SM and Duty free shops are very near. Highly recommended, in fact I am looking for reasons for us to go back there again.

The place i think was really great before however it is not maintained and is quite outdated. But the room is clean and spacious. Great for family. Happy to have free shuttle to/from SM. Very accomodating and korean food is great! Hope the owner will atleast do some repairs & improve the place.

Place is great but service is terrible. Great place, clean bathrooms and comfortable air conditioned bedrooms but the service of the personnel is just bad. You ask them a question and they answer you as if they are not even sure of themselves. Overall great place truly but the service brings down my rate for it.
