We stayed for 3nights. Everything exceeded my expectations. Superb service from the Front desk, F&B waiters, room attendants and guards. Special mention to Aira at the front desk for being welcoming. The Thursdays, Margarita promotion at the Treat bar was awesome! Kudos to the bartenders. I’ll definitely be back for more weekday staycation. Thank you.
The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The food at Olive restaurant is so good. There are so many options and the taste is excellent as well. I recommend this hotel as a great place for a family getaway that will certainly satisfy.
Debbie front desk made us feel extra special the very first day we arrived. Chef Robert made us feel very welcome Carol breakfast restaurant made sure we are taken cared off with our breakfast. Aura front desk very helpful. Esteban JM security with a big smile with warm greetings everyday. Kim intern very friendly and welcoming and made sure my wife gets her coffee extra hot. Victor restaurant Jeff and Joyce housekeeping Everyone is friendly and accomodating but Judy Ann (intern in the restaurant) and Jeff from housekeeping stood out. Judy Ann remembers our orders and how it cooked. Very personable and approachable. Jeff cleans our room well, and made us feel warm inside and welcomed with the simple notes with beautiful animals he makes everyday. Please let them know that we recognized their hardworking and we are thankful for making us feel extra special. …
Firstly, the location of the hotel is not particularly convenient to reach any part of Clark worth visiting. Visually, the hotel has a wow factor when approaching. However, despite looking the part, the service has a lot to be desired. Upon arrival there was no one outside the entrance of the hotel to greet us or help with our bags. There was a security guard operating the X-ray machine at the entrance and I had to ask them to call for someone to come and help us. At the checkin, they tried to charge us for using WiFi in our room - something that hotels stopped doing long ago, and especially when the room rates are as high as this hotels’ are. It was only when I told them we had a Hilton Honors account did they offer the WiFi free of charge. In the restaurant, it was painful trying to order food, as the main restaurant is a buffet style venue and it seemed to blow their mind that we only wanted an a la carte coffee. Upon checkout, there was a mixup and it took over 45 minutes and multiple requests before someone came to help us down with our bags. I could go on and cite several other incidents of poor service, but I’ll stop here and just say that all of the staff were very pleasant, lovely people, who seemed to try their best, but they really need to be properly trained. For the rates this hotel is charging, they really need to do better. A note on the bar; the hotels’ bar is very nice and they have a talented live band playing most evenings until 10pm. Unfortunately, the bar is almost completely empty most of the time, so lacks any atmosphere. The barman there (sorry I didn’t catch his name), was very informative about things to do in the area and made a great couple of cocktails for us. In summary, we would not return to this hotel and would use the Marriott next time, which is our usual preference, but sadly was fully booked this time.…
The food is great, different variety of food. The staff are all friendly especially sir Kenneth. The place was good and all the food is tasty, we might go back there when we have time. We got scammed by their drink we thought that it is included in the food that we’ve book. Overall is good, highly recommended!.
