During our recent stay at Marriott hotel, we enjoyed the place. We enjoyed the food at the Mlounge. All staff are accommodationg and will greet you whenever they see you. We had the opportunity to visit their spa and I have to say, it was definitely our favorite part of the experience! From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted by Lea and Michelle with a warm and inviting atmosphere that instantly put us at ease. Cherry and Irene were very professional. And Chris who is very helpful during our time at the spa. They were all friendly and knowledgeable, the atmosphere was welcoming and peaceful, and the massage itself was absolutely wonderful. we would highly recommend the Quan spa to anyone looking for a truly exceptional massage experience. I’ve stayed at different hotels in Clark, and the Marriott is by far the best. What sets the Marriott apart from the others is the staff. From even before I get inside the hotel, I’m greeted by the friendly guard (Janice) who seems to remember every customer. Randolph from the concierge team is so helpful and conversational, makes me feel like I’m back at home. Sheena from the M club made sure I was checked in and taken care of, and the food at the buffet and Smoki Moto were superb!! If you’re in Clark, this is the hotel to stay at, no others come close!

I was acknowledged as a Gold Elite member and got an upgrade after one day of stay. It was not a very organized check in by Mari, and am disappointed with her lack of empathy. I appreciate that the manager tried to make it up by sending me some desserts and provided the upgrade the next day. Karylle assisted the next day and it was smooth and seamless. I think Mari is just untrained and lack manners. The spa was very accommodating and provided me with very good service. I am appreciative of the spa team at Clark Marriott.

Top-notch concierge service with amazing amenities. Some of the kindest staff I have ever met while traveling across the world. Look forward to my next visit and enjoying the hotel restaurants that wasn’t able to try on this trip. The upstairs bar and restaurant had amazing cocktails and food! If you are lucky enough to have Randolph as your concierge, then all of your needs are certain to be taken care of.

the bathroom has a bit of unpleasant smell, fortunately their housekeeping team were on time on managing the problem. they thoroughly cleaned the bathroom and gave us everything we need.. thanks to jayjay and paul for making our stay better. 😊

Hotel was amazing not only for its facilities but the staff. All staff were friendly approachable and accommodating. Special mention to Ms. Kristel Celso❤️ Amazing customer service, She went out of her way to cater to my request and service preference. She is attentive to details and was fully updated with products,services and food served in the hotel. I can't wait to go back, So far best hotel staff I have ever encountered.
