Just five miles east of downtown, Radisson Hotel Colorado Springs Airport offers a prime location for business travelers and vacationing families. Pack your outdoor gear to tackle Pikes Peak and the majestic Seven Falls waterfalls, or pick up your camera for spectacular shots from the Garden of the Gods. Our hotel is also less than six miles from the U.S. Olympic Training Center, four miles from Colorado Springs Airport (COS) and within easy reach of multiple nearby corporations.

If you’re looking for an affordable clean hotel, centrally located, & with amazing customer service, you should book here! When I booked here, it was after reading reviews on at least 20 hotels around the area, and I decided on here for the following amenities: central location (it’s by the airport), clean hotel (no bugs), free wifi, and had to have an indoor pool as my niece (13) & nephew (9) would come by to swim while we were there. Not only did they have all of these, the indoor pool was heated (which was nice) and their hot tub (though outside where the pool area is) was in an enclosed courtyard & felt wonderful alongside the temp drops at night. The best part about staying here though is the staff! I normally don’t write reviews unless things are really awful or unexpectedly wonderful that I wanted to boast on them. And that’s what I found here - unexpectedly wonderful customer service from a great staff. I brought my high maintenance mother with me from TX to spend a week here, and the staff was so helpful and accommodating for not only my needs, but ALL of hers! I can’t even tell you how an incredible that is, and for everyone to stay friendly and not get frustrated. The staff was professional & courteous, always with a smile, from the hotel front desk clerks to the restaurant staff to housekeeping to the shuttle drivers. They helped make our trip better than I could’ve expected, and I will be recommending this place to others visiting (as well as will make this my go-to hotel for here).

Great location and great service. The WWII Air Museum is close by and that was a plus. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel gave us a very fair rate after we showed up at their door having been turned away by the hotel we were originally booked at due to housekeeping shortages. Keith was very helpful to 2 weary travelers!

Room was great, but really far from the only elevator. A/C cooled quickly. Breakfast was very disappointing. The eggs were rubbery, gravy tasted terrible and not much to choose from. Only bread was the biscuits. For such a large motel we expected more at the “breakfast buffet” (according to the pass included in the key packet.)

Absolutely disgusting. Dirt, grime, hair and disgusting white sticky spots everywhere. OH AND ABOUT 15-20 dead bugs 🤢 I asked for a different room and it was 50% dirtier than the first. The Whole building Reeks of mold. The sheets are rough and feel like fiber glass. the blanket is a queen size on a king size bed and doesn’t cover your shoulders. After experiencing the absolute uncleanliness of this hotel I would not step foot in the pool or hot tub Or eat the breakfast. Highly disgusted and disturbed. Don’t trust the good reviews. This place is a literal dump.

Camila, Please accept my sincerest apology for the cleanliness of your room. I am sorry we were not able to make this right for you while you were here. We typically make notes of these situations so we can resolve, but I am having a difficult finding a reservation under your name. Would you please call me to discuss further so I can address with appropriate housekeeper to help her improve? My direct line is 719-638-3342. I look forward to speaking with you soon!

The staff at the front desk were great. They were very nice and helpful. The main problem I had with this hotel was house cleaning or lack of it. We stayed there 6 nights and our room was never cleaned. When we checked into the hotel, they said our room would be cleaned after three days and it never was cleaned. We asked for clean towels and requested our room to be cleaned after 3 days. They delivered towels but didn’t clean and left the dirty ones. The breakfast was the same every morning, dry cereal, yogurt, microwave biscuits, and some fruit and fruit bars. The hotel is clean but needs a complete makeover. It was a 20 minute drive to the nicer restaurants and shopping areas. Again, the ladies at the front desk were wonderful but I would not recommend staying here.

We are sorry to learn you had confusion with housekeeping. We currently offer cleaning upon request after a 3 day stay. There should have been a insert in your key packet fully explaining this. Again, our apologies if you made the request, and we failed to follow through. Free Breakfast is NOT a Radisson requirement. We offer the Continental Breakfast as a courtesy to our guests to get something to tide them over and perhaps grab some coffee or juice. Items on a Continental Breakfast are inherently repetitive. We are unsure what your expectation would be for this type of offering. The hotel just finished a complete remodel of our 1 Bedroom suites last year, a complete lobby makeover the year before, and a full refinish of our premium rooms 2 years ago. It would be interesting to hear what sort of ideas you would have for another remodel. Powers Boulevard is right in front of the hotel, and a five minute drive gets you to all the major restaurants and shopping areas, so we are confused by your comment regarding a twenty minute drive. Our friendly front desk would have been happy to help you with directions. We are sorry to learn you won't be staying again, but wish you only the best and safest travels wherever you choose to go.

We chose this hotel because we had a Balloon ride scheduled early in the morning and the tour company, Adventures Outwest suggested we stay here since it is their pick up point. Wow, what a pleasant surprise. We arrived late, like 930pm late, and the restaurant upstairs was still serving, but we decided to walk out to the parking lot where there is a "plane" restaurant! That's right, a restaurant made from an old Air Force KC-97 Tanker. We were late, and although they were no longer seating, aloud us in the cockpit - this is another review! Anyway, we got food and returned to the hotel. The room was nicely appointed, well maintained and clean. We were allowed to use the pool until 11pm, so we did, had it to ourselves. We were also able to do laundry,(we had been on the road/flying/driving for a week already) at only $2 per load, $2 to dry (and that dryer is awesome) we were pretty happy. Having to be up at 430AM, it got late quick. so, we did not have a chance to really appreciate the hotel, but between checkin, location, cleanliness - we would definitely recommend this property!

Room smelled musty, other guests complained about cigar smoke. Then whe. We checked in, they had a note in our room; saying housekeeping would only clean your room if your stay was longer than 3 days..of course you could always ask for more towels! Then the breakfast is a joke, continental bfast is gross and cold. This is something I would expect for $75 a night, but our rate was over $200 a night!

We are sorry to learn your room smelled musty and the housekeeping restrictions were such an inconvenience for you, Lynette. While Radisson Hotels does not require us to offer a FREE breakfast at all, continental breakfast is by definition cold items, and we feel what we are offering is enough to get you going and perhaps offer a bit of sustenance with hot coffee or juice. Perhaps we should reevaluate offering this at all. We definitely feel our rates are more than fair when compared to other hotels within our competitive set and given current travel demand to Colorado Springs. Hopefully the remainder of your travels went well.

The Radisson in CO Springs is very old and would not be up to the standards of a Best Western. Room stank of stale cigarettes, the toilet was clogged and the air conditioner broke in the middle of the night. When I complained to front desk staff in the morning I met a defensive attitude with no apologies. Will NEVER stay here again.

this was a good place for us to sleep before a flight out of Colorado Springs Airport. Front desk staff was helpful and the room (especially the bed) was comfortable. This is one of the few hotels we've been at recently that actually provided shower gel. I appreciated that

I love seeing active examples of great work ethic, and when flights out of COS airport were canceled, I booked a room at this Radisson as it was close by and offered shuttle service. Staff has worked hard, each in all areas of service, to keep this hotel alive throughout the pandemic with new covid reguirements and limited guests. The lobby is elegant and recently remodeled, all in grays. Artwork throughout the hotel is framed photos of CO nature. They gave us tickets for 1 free drink and 20% off on the upstairs restaurant/ bar, where we enjoyed beer on tap and the special of the day, Juicy Lucy, a thick perfectly cooked burger smothered in sautéed onions with fries. Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast bar had an assortment of packaged bars, muffins, fresh fruit, juice, coffee, tea. Great stay, thanks for all your hard work keeping this very airport- convenient hotel up and running and so nice.

Yes, you can see the mountains from the hotel. The restaurant has huge windows facing the mountains and is a great atmosphere to have meals. There are rooms facing the mountains, however, the top floor would be best, there are buildings that may block the views. You will have to drive through town to get to the mountains but it is not far.
Thank you for your questions. The entire hotel is nonsmoking. Colorado smoking laws prohibit smoking with in a 15 foot radius of main entrances, but as long as you move beyond that radius, smoking is allowed outside the building. There is limited coverage.
There are more places to choose from in the Colorado Springs area.
