Detailed Reviews
We spent one night at the Drury Inn. We were at the Drury Inn Orlando before and enjoyed both our stays very much. The location is right off the I-25 highway and there is a gas station nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were looking forward to staying here again.
We had a fridge and microwave in the room. The room was clean and comfy and the bed was also quite nice.
We took advantage of the included snack buffet (5:30 KICKBACK®) in the early evening that included chicken noodle soup, hot dogs, salad and BBQ pulled pork with buns and mac and cheese. There are a few pictures on the official hotel website that depict the menu accurately. Sadly, the cherry tomatoes were gone quickly and I was told they were out after that.
The breakfast was pretty standard with oatmeal, cereal, scrambled eggs, buttermilk biscuits, sausage, toast and the usual packages with peanut butter, strawberry jam, or cream cheese. They had fruit and blueberry muffins. There was a lot of seating available in the dining area, probably more space than in the other hotels we stayed at. The pictures on the official website will give you a detailed overview.
We would definitely stay at Drury again.

Hotel's Favorite
I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. My son and I felt so welcomed and comfortable staying here. The place is immaculate. The room was the perfect size and we had a great view of the mountains. They offered free drinks and snacks for a few hours each evening. My son and I planned to stay for 3 days. We checked out and planned to stay a few more hours in Colorado before the 8 1/2 hour drive home but time got away from us. I decided to go online and see if there was availability for another night and there was or so I thought. I accidently booked a stay for the wrong day. I didn't realize this until we arrived at the hotel around 9:30 PM that night. We were so exhausted and I was so upset with myself. Thankfully, the person at the front spoke with her supervisor, they did some maneuvering and found us a room! We were so lucky and so thankful. The room I booked online was also non-refundable but they didn't charge us. I am so thankful to both of them. We are be staying here again!

From check-in thru checkout we had a great stay. Can't think of anything we would change. We stayed for 7 nights and enjoyed our stay. The location is great. Right off the highway (but no noise in the rooms) so we could jump right on the highway to get to our location plans for the day or at night to a restaurant. Plenty of parking, large rooms with coffee maker, frig and microwave. Everything worked as it should in the room including plenty of hot water for a shower. Our room had a walk in shower (no tub) which we prefer.
We enjoyed the breakfast every morning of our stay and there is plenty of variety to keep us happy for a week. The breakfast offerings included: 3 types of juice, coffee, tea, milk, oranges, apples and bananas (sometimes), waffles, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, toast, english muffins, bagels, raisin toast, blueberry muffins, biscuits, gravy, sausage, potatoes, and eggs. The only suggestion I would have is to add some pastries.
We also enjoyed the 5:30 kickback offering of 3 complimentary drinks a number of evenings and their food for dinner when we didn't feel like going out.
The staff was pleasant and did a great job cleaning up after the many partrians include the large number at breakfast and 5:30 kickback
I've gotten to the point where I look for a Drury in any city that I travel to for my first choice of hotels.

We stayed here 3 nights while touring the Colorado Springs area. We are so glad that we did. Not only is the staff the most friendly and hardest working from top to bottom (saw management helping with kitchen serving breakfast and kick-back); but the rooms are large comfortable and well designed. We had a 2 room suite and the door between the bedroom and living area made a huge difference in the our quality of our stay. This is one of those hotels that you could live at for an extended time. Walking distance to numerous restaurants and the amazing Sheels All Sports Store. We were guests when there were several bus tours and family reunions taking place and the staff managed this full house with radiant smiles and cheerful attitude. Drury Inn brand is so far above in their customer relations, other chains could take lessons. Well done! This is our new favorite hotel chain to stay at!

This is an excellent choice for travelers to Colorado Springs. The hotel and room were spotless, the evening reception was enough for dinner (but there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance), the breakfast was great, and the location is very convenient (especially if you are visiting the AF Academy). You'll definitely enjoy your stay here!

Room was very clean. Employees were so nice. Drury gives you a ticket for three alcoholic beverages and a dinner of barbecue, salad, baked potato, nachos and chicken noodle soup. I was told this changes every night. The breakfast was great too; everything you could want. I’ll be staying at more Drurys in the future.

First let me just start off by saying that the staff here are honestly the most kindest people ever! The front desk was so welcoming had smiles on their faces the moment we walked in and then the kitchen staff oh my goodness they were beyond awesome! They were on top of their stuff very kind were so welcoming they kept the dining and kitchen areas so clean they all had smiles on their faces everyone who worked here looked like they loved their job so nice to see happy workers it really does say something! The pool area was always so clean as well my kids loved it and the hot tub was so relaxing and spacious! It was warm enough but the perfect temperature that kids can enjoy as well! I loved that my kids were able to go into the hot tub with us without it being to hot. The rooms were huge! I couldn’t believe how big they were and sooo clean!!! Our room was awesome! I can’t say good enough things about this hotel and staff everything was amazing. The free breakfast was awesome food was so good and a lot of choices which is so nice for kids who are picky eaters the kickback DINNER that is FREE I mean what hotel does that! It was so good great choices as well and not to mention the free 3 drinks for adult guest each night I will only stay at this hotel chain. Thank you for our enjoyable comfortable stay! - The Silvestri Family

This was our 2nd stay at this Drury and it continues to be a great value. You can't beat their kickback and breakfast. Unlike most hotel buffets, you do serve yourself with everyone handling the same serving utensils but there were bottles of hand sanitizer out. Rooms are large and the location is close to everything without being right downtown. Lots of restaurants nearby (Starbucks next door) and an arcade directly behind the hotel.

It has been many years since staying at a Drury Inn. This was a brand new location and I felt like they had really upped the experience over 10 years ago. The room was nice and spacious, clean and perfectly kept. There was a coin operated washer and dryer just around the corner from us on the 6th floor. $2 for a wash and $2 for a dry load plus a coin operated dispenser for boxes of detergent etc. ($1.50 for a box of laundry detergent).
The breakfast was still a hot breakfast despite COVID restrictions. Instead of a buffet style, it was done cafeteria style with a server loading up plates or to-go boxes. There was still the evening snack served the same way. Our two bottomless pit boys loved getting a pre-dinner snack of bbq sliders and mom and dad liked eating broccoli since basic vegetables always seem impossible to get while traveling and dining out all the time.

Hello,
Although the hotel does not provide shuttle service to/from the airport, we recommend Groome Transportation. They can be reached at 719-237-2646. Thank you!
Hi SoCalDisn! Our pet policy is as follows: a limit of two cats or dogs per guest room, a combined weight of 80 pounds or fewer, and $35.00 + tax per night of stay pet cleaning fee per guest room. Hope this helps. Thank you for choosing Drury Hotels!
Hi, Kerry B! Thank you so much for your interest in the Drury Inn & Suites Colorado Springs near the Air Force Academy. This hotel is completely smoke-free. There is a designated smoking area outside of the hotel. We hope this helps! Thank you.
While hotels have to allow service animals, both me and my partner have severe allergies to smoke, pollen, animal dander, MOLD (and for me) certain chemicals (including some cleaning products). During our stay at the Drury Inn, we had no problems with any of the above. I highly recommend this hotel. It is clean and well maintained. As for other hotels (not mentioning names), if you do have a lot of allergies/asthma, when you do book any room in an older building, ask for a floor towards the top. Less chance of mold.
