Clean room. I stayed 2 nights and housekeeping came to my room on the 2nd day. I was impressed because I often stay at hotels for 10 nights at a time and have a hard time getting my trash taken out. This hotel did it after just one night. My room was clean. Lobby was nice and clean. I ate at the bar each night. Bartenders were kind and food was decent. I would stay here again.

Hotel's Favorite
I had an uncharacteristically bad stay here a month ago, and wrote a review, with pictures, reflecting this.
The manager did reach out to me and apologized, and I stated that I would be back and try again since this was my preferred COS hotel for visiting my family.
I was informed that the hotel is working on updating and refurbishing rooms and public areas, which is definitely going to benefit the first impression others have when entering their rooms.
Just returned from an unexpected trip to COS, sooner than I had expected to visit the Springs again, but this time everything was as good as previous stays have been; room was clean, everything in working order, bed comfortable, pool was clean and very inviting, and though I did not stay for breakfast, the setup that I saw was also much improved.
As I stated in my initial review, I was hopeful that my negative experience was just an oversight, not the norm, and I am very happy to say that my confidence in a pleasant, comfortable stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, COS, is exactly what I was expecting on my most recent trip. I am back to recommending this hotel for others.

While this is an older property, like many Hilton Garden Inn properties near airports, it is being updated and modernized. Still a work in progress, but I was impressed with the renovated bathroom and some of the updated decorations. The room was clean, and everything was in good working order. Wi-fi was reliable and fast.
The fitness center while clean, is kind of dated and needs new equipment.
The staff was friendly and efficient, and the airport shuttle was reliable and very convenient.
There are many choices near the Colorado Springs Airport, but this Hilton Garden Inn Colorado Springs Airport is a solid choice for its comfort and convenience.

I am a Hilton Honors member and have always found Hilton hotels to be of good quality so this place was quite disappointing. We actually stayed here twice on a trip to visit family - driving to & from. The first stay was fairly uneventful though I felt the hotel was not up to par for Hilton. The lobby area is attractive but the room was not. I was notified of my digital key but first I found it gave me a room different than the one I selected & then when I went to the room it told me was ours, it had not been cleaned from the last guest. The poor woman at the front desk had to physically check rooms until she could find a clean one for us. Housekeeping at this hotel seems to be lacking which doesn’t give one confidence in this pandemic. Staying the 2nd time in room 305 we found that the lamp between the beds had a broken shade and the TV control was missing. My daughter went to the front desk for a TV control and it did turn on the TV & change channels but the volume control didn’t work. By that point we were too tired to mess with it anymore. I am not a fan of their room temperature control. I would like to be able to choose heat or A/C, not just choose a temperature. It was difficult to regulate a comfortable temperature for sleeping. I found a toothbrush behind the washcloths on the bathroom counter. It was so horrible looking I thought it surely must be for cleaning but was disgusted to find it there. The woman at the front desk was pleasant, no complaints there and we very much appreciated the complimentary bottles of water. I also will say they had sanitizer stations throughout — lobby & next to the elevators. Also, we did appreciate the Keurig coffee makers.

The rooms were incredibly dirty. In one room the sheets were not changed on the beds in both rooms the bathrooms were not cleaned. One was worse than the other. The trash had not been taken out. The toilet had not been flushed from the previous guest. There was hair in the shower as well as bobby pins left behind in the soapdish. There were personal belongings left behind Including an inhaler which was found by a child. If you are concerned at all about cleanliness this is not the place for you!

I stayed two nights and it was a good stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The beds were not too hard not to soft just right. I was very happy the linens and room were not overly scented with fresheners. Clean laundry room with decent machines. The exercise room was small but had a treadmill and ellipticals.

Wonderful accommodations. The rooms were super clean, the staff was super helpful. The restaurant had delicious breakfast that was fresh and cooked to order. Dinner was also yummy, I had the ribeye and it was to die for. The shuttle service was also a big plus. Made my Walt morning flight super convenient.

I’ll start by saying what’s good- the front staff is very helpful and friendly. The location was convenient for what we wanted to do in area, and parking was plentiful.
The cleaning leaves a LOT to be desired. Upon arrival there was an empty shampoo bottle in bathroom. Under one bed there was crushed cans, food remnants and dead bugs. Yech.
The room is spacious enough, if super dated. No noise from airport if that’s a concern. The pool is pretty small and it did get crowded a few times.
I read reviews criticizing the beds and they were right- soft and unsupportive. Not soft like a luxurious cloud experience but soft like these beds are too old.

The Hilton corporation regularly inspects its franchised properties. If a property is not up to corporate standards the Hilton brand is removed. I have seen it happen. The last review is patently false. It was probably written by a disgruntled ex-employee.
This hotel is clean and being run professionally. The staff was very helpful. The Thyssen/Krupp elevator is a plus due to its speed and quiet operation. The bed was comfortable.
The shuttle to the airport left close to it 5:30 A.M. mark.
My only complaint was that they chose to put us on the Powers Blvd. side instead of the quieter opposite side that had plenty of empty rooms.

We were in town for a weekend and since this place was ideal location to many places we wanted to go we gave it a try. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful which is always a plus. The rooms were clean and comfortable and it was nice to have a restaurant on site just in case. There was plenty of parking while it's access to major roads was a huge bonus. When in town again we would have no issues staying here again.

Not too many, but there are a few. The HGI has a restaurant in it. The Airplane restaurant is about a half mile away. You can dine in an old Boeing Air Tanker. Neat experience, but the food isn't that great. There is a Sporting News Grill. in a Holiday Inn just up the road at Fountain and Aeroplaza. This hotel is out near the airport and there isn't a lot out there. You have to drive a few miles North on Powers to find a lot of restaurants. Hope this helps.
